    Frogga’s Diary Day 9 Week 2

    Breakfast~ baked beans on 1 opened wholemeal roll (HEB) with 6 mushrooms & 2 poached eggs & grated cheese(HEA) on top sitting on a huge bed of leaves (Nearly had cereal though! )

    Snack~ Banana & 2 xkiwi

    Lunch~ left over from yday’s tea ~ wm pasta Loads of broad beans & stir fry veg (bean sprouts,white cabbage, green cabbage, carrots and onion) and dry roast veg (onions, red onions, mange tout, little sweet corn, peppers)

    ff strawberry yog

    Snacks~ apple

    Tea~ jacket pot 2 cheese slices (HEA) Hm spicy chili beans (spicy beans, mushrooms, onions, celery,carrots, broc) & cauli, broc, carrots swede, sweetcorn and peas &



    Eve Snack~ ff yog then later an apple



    Dog Walk ~ 3 miles

    2l Water~ only drank a little bit

    Bike Ride~ the whole way round the village twice! That’s 6 miles!

    Another day done. Had to go to the petrol shop and didn't buy any chocolate, even though I bought some for Mr Frog and the Tadpoles!
    Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

    Evening all :A
    Food today:
    B - weetabix milk 2x coffee glass water
    L - salad, couscous, beetroot, beans, pickled onions, ltl mayo (1)
    S - Apple, pineapple, activia. Choc thin (3.5)
    T - new pots, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, beans, BBQ/ltl mayo (2) slice hovis best of both (can this be HEB or is it syns?)
    Syns - 6.5 (?)
    HEA - milk
    HEB - weetabix & bread?

    Not doing too well on the fluid intake :(
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Evening all D day today first weigh in

    I lost 6.5lbs over the moon really pleased with that :jMind you I am convinced with the amount of fish I am eating at the moment I am going to grow a fin :rotfl:

    4 weeks to holidays to if I lost another 8 pounds between now and then I will be really happy

    Still managing the scan bran 5 a day for the moment

    Have a few meals out this week but will save up the syns and do a bit more exercise to keep it going I know I mentioned it yesterday but for anyone who has not tried it putting soya sauce honey and chillies mixed together on a salmon fillet is really delicious and tastes more of a treat than anything will keep that going for a while

    Have a fab day tomorrow everyone

    Yes I am beanielou To be honest I think with mashed banana on they are grand

    I also like mixing cottage cheese with spring onion and red pepper and putting that on too Don't get me wrong They don't have me salivating at the thought of them but I really think that doing the 5 a day helped me
    Time will tell ;)

    Morning everyone, can I join in again pretty please? I've tried losing weight on my own, by just being sensible but that doesn't work, it just results in evening binges and I have put on more weight.
    I have dug out my SW books and done a big shop, started yesterday.

    I love reading your posts, very inspirational and motivating.

    yesterday's food:

    banana, Asda's fat/f yogurt
    ham salad, cottage cheese, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, pickled beetroot
    cabbage and potato mash with 2 sausages (7.5 syns) carrots
    strawberries
    6 crackerbread (HEb) cottage cheese, cucumber, tom ham
    New Walls icecream strawberry/yogurt - went by nv info on tub-3.5syns Oyster wafer (didn't realise these would be so much 4syns)
    HEa milk in coffee, 1/2 slice of edam cheese

    Having a Green day today:

    B - Magic rice (LO cooked rice with banana & custard Muller stirred through)
    L - carrot & corriander soup (which we didn't have last night), bread (HEB)
    D - Spicy beanburgers, SW chips & beans

    HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB1 - 2 slices wholemeal bread
    HEA2 & HEB2 - 3 Ryvita & cheese

    Syns: Will have a fruit split lolly (3 syns); Lighter butter on Ryvita (4 syns) = 7 syns
    Snacks: fruit
    Drinks: tea, coffee, diet tonic, NAS squash
