    Mr Orchard you could have had;

smoked salmon & scrambled eggs (without bloomer/avocado)
The Half Monty (minus sausage/bloomer) if you could be sure the bacon was grilled & asked for the egg poached.
    Fresh fruit salad

Yes I know Frogga but preachy ignorant people really get on my wick!

Thanks, I avoided the fruit salad because it came with yogurt (though I did have a "side order" of fruit salad, and avoided the bits that seemed to be born from a tin)

I thought that Smoked Salmon was on the naughty step from a Syn perspective and also the scrambled eggs would probably have been full of cream/butter?

And bless you for saying that you don't think I'm ignorant, but by my own testimony here, I think I've proven otherwise :)

Should I start again in August?

Certainly not!! You're doing fine. What I do (and many others) is start the week with a 'bank' of 105 syns and subtract as I go. I reckon you're well in credit. When is your weigh in day?

I'm off out to lunch in a moment. Like you, I don't spend my life in restaurants but this will be the third time eating out in a week plus we've got people coming tomorrow. It's hard but someone has to do it.:rotfl:I try to make good choices when possible and am super good in between. Barbecues are easy on SW MrO. Have you planned the menu?

Mine too.;) I've tried reporting him this morning, doubt it'll do any good but I thought I should before going for the ignore button.

My treat is 'fry-ups' & love them - Linda McCartneys Red Onion sausages, bacon, mushrooms, eggs, grilled tomato, baked beans & occasionally SW chips ;) All free :D

Mr Orchard - you're not ignorant - people who don't think others should have a different opinion to themselves are ignorant - you're educating yourself - it's a learning curve. We've all been there!

I said most Mr Orchard, and you've got such lovely manners I knew/hoped you wouldn't take offence and would know where I was coming from

Mullerlight 6 pack on offer in Morrisons - £1.94 - don't know if this is a good offer as I don't eat them!

I have reported the so called 'helpful' person

MrOrchard - you are going in the right direction - even if you go over in syns - just think of how well you are doing considering all the obstacles in your way - you are probably eating a lot more healthier than before

In my opinion if you had a fruit salad & it looks like it comes out of a tin - i wouldn't neccessarily worry about the syns - it's a better option than a greasy white bread sausage sarnie!

I won't go into what i have been eating recently - everyone says i have an 'excuse' now - although i don't think of it as an excuse - i should be even better than before to help the little bean grow properly!

But i can't help it when fruit tastes awful - really fancied some melon the other day straight from the fridge to cool down - but it tasted vile

It's such a shame i don't like salad (traditional kind like rabbit food) it would be alot easier if i did!
