ok, my plan is this (thumbs up or thumbs down please you expert swers!)

starter: Moule (without bread or drinking too much sauce)
main: Steak tartare (raw chopped steak with 0 syn additions such as tabasco, raw egg, capers etc) and a green salad.

    Sparking water and coffee.

Two of my favourite dishes anyway. I think that's a plan.

    Sounds good to me!! xx
  • Evening folks. Been MIA for a while but except for the last 2 weeks I have stuck to the plan. I even got slimmer of the month for June :D BUT all downhill from there. The week before I stopped I put on 2lbs as I was already getting into the holiday mood and last week I was in Salou, All inclusive and OMG the food was fabulous. I had gained 10lbs on Sunday on my own scales which really upset me but 6 have fallen off me already so I am assuming I had some fluid - Phew .

I was actually looking forward to getting home and back on healthy eating. I was 4 stones lighter going abroad compared to last time and I didn't need the seatbelt extension and managed to go on all the roller coasters with DS. Things like that make it all worthwhile. I am going on hols again in May next year and my goal is to be at target by then. I would like to lose another 5 stones by then and I will be perfectly happy at that.

So I have been angelic since Sunday and am thoroughly enjoying my food again. I am still off of work so have time to really cook nice meals. I batch cooked SW chilli the other night so I have a few portions in the freezer. DD and I love that and I sometimes take smaller portions to work for work. Tonight I made the arrabiatta sauce from the little book of sauces. I had no chillis so I bunged in chilli powder and some crushed chilli flakes. Burny burny :rotfl:. I think I overdid it a bit. I put in cooked chicken and cooked pasta and it was fabulous. I also made a potato tortilla which I am playing about with. It was yum as well. So 2 new dishes added that we enjoyed. I have a holiday booked this week so will try and get the other couple of pounds off by next Wednesday :D. Happy slimming folks xx

Had my first WI today -2lbs so pleased with that.

Frogga - well done with the exercise and well done to everyone for trying and sticking with it.

What is Got a curry loaf in the oven. It sounds tasty.

If the weather is lousy tomorrow after work I will go to the gym, if it is OK I will tackle my parents overgrown garden.

    Hi all

I think this is correct place to write checked in case not so apologies if not I went to SW last night and bought a six week countdown I am off on holidays on 30th August and need to lose the bones of a stone to get into last years dresses

Found today ok ate lots of free food and super free food and weetabix for breakfast What killed me was waiting for my train as I usually have 2 mcflurrys yes you heard right !! :eek:Plain ones on the train on the way home was really proud of fact that had black Americano instead minor victories :T

I was wondering does anyone know of something sweet really low in syns and easy to eat on a train

I have also spent an hour in the gym tonight so I am really hoping that the no mcflurries and 2 venti lattes a day gone from daily diet will make a big impact along with the free food

It's great to have a thread here and it will definitely help me stay focused so thanks for starting it
