    Frogga’s Diary Day 1 Week 1

So, I weighed, and I'm back up to 15 st. It could have been much worse. It deserved to be :o It won't take long to shift it, not with what I've got planned this summer :D

Breakfast~ baked beans on opened wholemeal roll (HEB) with 6 mushrooms & 2 poached eggs & grated cheese (HEA) on top sitting on a huge bed of leaves

Snack~ carrot sticks and hummus (HEB)

Lunch~ Rice and hm veggie chilli (spicy beans, mushrooms, onions, celery, carrots, broc) and peas andcarrots

Snack~ fruit medley (kiwimelon pineapple mango red grapes)

Tea~ jacket pot, 2 cheese slices (HEA) beans, dry roast veg (onions, red onions, mange tout, little sweetcorn, peppers)

    Snack~ ff yog and apple

    Dog Walk ~ 2 miles

    2l Water~ drunk

    Bike Ride~ 2.5 miles

Looks like lots of food, which itis, but it’s important in the early days for me to fill up so I’m in no way hungry so I don’t get tempted to binge. If I get hungry, it’s game over.

Quite happy with how today has gone. Onwards and downwards like you said Beanie :D

Thanks for that, glad I forgot to have it in all the kerfuffle of my mum having a fall this evening. 13.5 syns is a lot unless I share between hubby & son.

L - cous cous, savoury rice, salad, s/onions, beetroot, beans, ltl mayo (1), babybel, fruit salad & activia, choc thin (3.5)
T - pasta, onion, mushroom, toms, BBQ sauce mixed with ltl mayo (2)
    Syns - 6.5
    Drinks - litre of water

Tomorrow will have to be flexi as its end of term do and menu is unknown until the evening.

By the way 2lb is a fantastic loss, never mind a loss is a loss some of us would give our right arm for a 2 lb loss :-)

Does anyone know how many Syns I should allow for a venison sausage? They are made by our local butcher so calories are not noted down anywhere! :(
