Swiper - just realised you must have a small child who watches Dora the Explorer? lol

Last weigh in tomorrow for 3 weeks - hope that doesn't give my brain & my stomach carte blanche to eat everything & anything to work against while I'm away!

Anyone in Scotland (or elsewhere!) got a miracle cure for scottish midges? I get eaten alive even when there isn't anything around, let alone when there is guaranteed nibblers! :(

Lots of water this morning as I just don't fancy anything to eat & I'll have a jacket potato for lunch :D

Keep on plan everyone! Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels ;)

    C xx

I just measured out my cereal for the first time and  how small an amount is 35g! Made me realise that I have been eating huge portions.

Been enjoying a few of the salads in the recent magazine and looking forward to trying a few more recipes :D

That's why I don't wastemy HEb on cereals unless for a snack ;) You do get used to the quantities if you keep at it (it used to be 28g so think yourself lucky!)

Same for me - I just don't find cereal filling enough for breakfast - although I do sometimes have magic porridge in Winter - but other cereals are not worth the effort.

I much prefer to have a SW fry up or something with eggs such as ham and mushroom omlette. Protein is much more filling for breakfast.

I don't like porridge anyway but my 'free' version is cooked pudding rice with yoghurt - nom nom! AND you can have as much as you like without weighing! :)

It is a teeny amount of most cereal isn't it. I'd recommend Weetabix where you get two biscuits like normal people eat or Puffed Wheat where you get a lot of volume for the weight. It tastes like unflavoured popcorn which is bland but fine with fruit or sweetener.

I ended up at a BBQ yesterday and had various syns which I wouldn't have had at home. It could have been worse as I refused any of the puddings except a slice of (birthday) cake. Back on plan today.

B: baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas, NAS Ribena
L: need to eat up a melon so something fruity
D: cauli/broccoli cheese, baked haddock, new potatoes

    Syns: just the cheese sauce.
  • I'm another one who over indulged at the weekend ;) I was at a wedding & had no control over the menu ... well I could have said no to the canapes, but I didn't .... oh well ....

But I'm back on the straight & narrow :) even my dinner last night was SW so it hopefully won't do too much damage :)

We will never know anyway, as have taken the decision just to weigh myself once every 3 months lol so let's hope there IS a loss by October! :)
when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

So last week I was off work and enjoyed many alcoholic beverages! lol

A lunch out - Pub Burger and Chips and also a Chinese was had lol

Weigh in tonight. Got to get myself remotivated again and have a good week this week. My weight loss has really slowed down - annoying when you still have 4 stone to go!
