I started my SW journey back in Oct, its taken me till now to get just over the 3stone.. seems to be the pace my body is taking, some have lost loads in my group in half the time but i'll take any loss, 1st 5 1/2lbs to go for target

An average beef sausage is 4 syns. I think venison is half the fat of beef, so I'd count 2 for any possible fillers/additives C xx0 -
Hi everybody
I rejoined last week and was told at the 'chat' that it's not recommended anymore to alternate red and green days.
Has any one else heard this?0 -

i haven't, they did say as long as you followed each plan fully that day it was fine, so you can have a green day, a red day, an extra easy day, and a sas day and you can have any day you want as long as you stick to that all day0 -

That's much more what I've heard too. Our consultant positively recommends having a change of plan to anyone who's a bit stuck in a rut.well done on the losses :j:T:j

My journey was much more like yours mich, almost identical in fact. I started in October 2010 and reached my target in August 2011 and lost 3st 3.5lbs. It's now stayed off for almost exactly 2 years. Part of it was because I went off plan for a few holidays and slowed up towards the very end but mostly I'd say that the average 1.5lbs a week was what suited my body.0 -
I wouldn't worry about doing any combination of days as long as you stick to those days 100%. It worked before - no reason why it wouldn't work now though now I 'get' Extra Easy I can understand why they're pushing it so much - it's a very healthy way to eat focusing on fruit, veg & salad.
Off on holiday on Friday. Self-catering so shouldn't be a problem, but I'm a bit scared I'll fall off the wagon spectacularly & undoo all of my hard work so farGot 3lbs to go to my 1.5 stone award & 7lbs to go to my Club 10 - I know I'd manage both in 3 weeks if I was at home sticking to it so I hope I can keep that in mind while I'm away!

My weight loss was stuck so my C recommended what used to be called the Gold Plan - exactly what your C told you not to do, alternating Red and Green days!
It certainly got my weight loss moving again, albeit very slowly but that's how I've always lost. I now do a mixture of Red, Green and EE days depending on what I fancy eating and whether I want 1 or 2 HEAs & HEBs.
