It's your opinion that it is healthier - no-one else's!! We are here to lose weight so full fat products aren't on the menu. End of.

    Reported as troll.
A rather blinkered post. Weight in the western world has balooned since fat was reduced in food. We have had low fat diets since the 70's and look what has happened.
So full fat isnt on the menu and aspartame is?
Perhaps your agression can be explained by science

Didn't do too badly last night at flexi meal. I had a fishcake with leaves and a steak sandwich with fries. Mainly syns in bread and chips so I'm OK with that. Untypically, DH asked me to drive so I didn't have any wine syns, so that's about 27 syns saved for the week!:D

I've made a good start to the day with a bowl of Shreddies piled up with raspberries and strawberries. I'm just wondering whether to just graze on fruit or offer to make a proper salad for lunch.:o I'll ask DH what he fancies. Got a pork casserole thing planned for supper. It has some syns in the sauce but as it's shared with DH it won't be too horrendous.

Family called to invite us to lunch tomorrow. It'll probably be a buffet in the garden rather than BBQ but I'm sure there'll be cold meats and salads so I'm not too worried. Ironically two women relatives are both overweight and in denial they can do anything about it. One says it's her thyroid but I think the cakes and biscuits she eats may not be helping. Other doesn't find it easy to stay slim but baby weight is also an issue. As the 'baby' is now a toddler I think she could help herself. I'll be mentioning SW loudly!;) Sorry if I sound callous and judgemental but I get fed up of hearing their tales of woe when I'm living proof that it doesn't have to be like that!
