    Hello all,
Heat & ice worked quite well yesterday on my back, though turning over in bed last night was a nightmare :( On the co-codomol today as haven't got time to sit with the heat/ice but it's making me feel sick.

Just had brunch as forgot to have breakfast (sausage, tomato, egg, baked beans, bacon) & chilli tonight with lots of veg in it & rice. The heat is really putting me off my food at the moment - just hope I lose because of it - for this week at least! Drinking lots of water again as very very hot.

    Yes, I agree.

Muller Lights are definitely my least fave too!

But Muller Light GREEK STYLE are my absolute favourites and BOGOF in Waitrose......but my local doesnt stock the cherry

    Cherry is lush!! :D

Btw when I make magic porridge (which is most days) the greek style need a bit of extra liquid to get a nice texture, so I add a blob of ff natural yog or grate an apple in......or both.

    :T

I really like the lemon flavour ones and i dont mind 'paying' half a syn for them cos they are that much nicer than the free ones.

    Food so far today;

b - starbucks frapacinno (hea), 2 x alpen light (heb)
l - chicken salad, strawberries, yogurt
d - really fancy mushroom ommlette

snacks - will probably have a fab or a couple of mini milks when I get in

Glad the hot/cold thing worked a bit yesterday skintcatt. I'm seriously tempted to have an ice block in bed tonight. My reasoning being that if you can have a hot water bottle to keep you warm.....

Just checking h007 but your menu looks a bit light on SFs. It could be that you're having salad with the omelette but just mushrooms probably wouldn't be enough IMO.

    So far today I've had:
B: NAS Ribena, egg, HEB toast, mushrooms, HEA milk for teas
    L: strawberries, raspberries, FF yogurt

So far syns have been just a squirt of sauce with breakfast. However, we're going out later to have a restaurant/pub meal so I'll be going flexi. Probably not too bad as it's so hot I really don't feel like eating much.

Thanks for taking the time to check I am on fully on plan!

I can never really stomach fruit or veg 1st thing in the morning but I did have alot of strawberries after my salad at lunchtime. Followed by a snack of 3 tiny satsumas!

With the omelette I was planning to put onions and peppers in too with SW chips and baked beans on the side - does that sounds ok?

Also I will probably sit and munch a load of cherries while watching tv this evening - should of written that too but I wasnt thinking far enough ahead!

    So glad you didn't mind.

I don't often have much fruit with breakfast either so I tend to balance my SFs across the day rather than meal by meal. Your plan sounds really good.:)

I am very surprised to have lost another 2lb this week, despite going to pizza express with my DD on Wednesday ( birthday treat left over from last month!)

I am finding it easier to stick to now that I have 'set' meals that I can easily rotate. I did resort to having a quorn burger in 2 lettuce leaves today as I had no small brown rolls though, lol! It was actually very nice !
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

think i am just not one for yogurts, but i do love bananas, oranges, grapes and grapefruit tho i prefer to eat red grapefruit as it needs no extra sweet stuff.

need to work out the syns on my pasta sauce, think i only need to syn the sauce mix and not the sauce its self, its sitting in my freezer waiting to be eaten lol
