That's a great loss DD.:j Have a great holiday and then jump back on the wagon.

Strangely tie, I was wondering why we hadn't heard from you lately, assumed it was end of term madness! Well done for pulling yourself back to the plan. In the time honoured SW soundtrack 'Is there anything to stop you [in the next six weeks.

Hi Maman, I've been lurking :D I haven't really been on plan since the run up to moving schools. We're all settled in but because of the extra time off everything else has had to be squeezed into a shorter time so school life has been very hectic. Last week saw my wedding anniversary and hubby's birthday so a couple of very off plan meals. The staff room has had very tempting offers which I caved in on a few times too . Although today there has been cake galore but I resisted :D next week sees the end of year meal/leaving do for staff. It's a pay per head so no idea what the food will be. I should be ok drink wise as I don't drink. Just have to watch the syns up til then.

Could someone help with syns please? How much are babybel light? Also how many for HEA? How many syns are jacobs choice grain crackers? Also syns for a wholemeal roll please? Thank you in advance :A

    Hi TakeItEazy,

My book (2012) has 3 mini babybel light for a HEA or 2 mini babybel light cheddar. The light cheddar are 3 syns each and the original lights are 2 syns. Wholemeal roll (standard) 7.5 or large 12. A w/meal finger roll is 6. It says generic grain crackers are 1.5.

Those could have altered in the new book though :S

    Hope its of some help,

Ok, didn't realise it was home made - shop bought probably has oil in it. Sounds free to me ;) x

I've done the same and sometimes use Asda SP bottled mint. It makes a nice dip.

    Skint_Catt,

I bet they use full fat yog as well, naughty people :) I was distraught there for a bit LOL

I'm glad there wasn't something glaring I'd missed, as tzadziki is a staple round here. I'd eat it on a flip-flop! I love Greek food, my family has Greek friends and we holidayed there every year. Once you cut back on the olive oil its seems quite SW friendly too :) All that Mediterranean food is meant to be the best way, or so the NHS diet pages reckon!

I'm going to work my way through my stock recipes and tweak them to fit SW, and then I'll post them in the recipe thread
