No, they didn't have it at class this morning
YAY!! Lost 2lbs to get my 1 stone award - only taken me 7 weeks
Not sure how holiday will go (self0catering Scotland), but if I can lose another stone by 1st September I will be a very happy bunny!0 -
Can I check something with you guys - the last few days I have been enjoying a tall coffee light (skimmed milk) frapacinno from starbucks. On their website it says it is just coffee, milk and ice blended together so would that be ok to use as my HEA? They are 4.5 syns otherwise.0

You *could* as a HE is basically 6 syns worth of dairy/fibre etc, but unles it's 350ml of skimmed milk then you're selling yourself short - the dairy allowances are there for a reason - to keep you healthy (plus you need dairy to remove fat from your body) so I wouldn't do it every day as you're not then follwing the plan 100% but occasionally wouldn't hurt

Hi all,
Had a really bad day healthwise yesterday, was totally unfussed by food, so in the end all I had was beans on granary toast and some fruit salad.
Today I feel better, and was up and cooking at 6 to avoid the heat!
B - magic oats, grated apple, chopped strawberries
L - leftover salad and AH tomato couscous, HEA of extra mature cheddar, pickled onions and beetroot, drizzle of waltnut oil
D - chicken souvlaki, patates sto fourno, tzadziki, salad
SYNs will be from the oil, the couscous and the milk & sugar in my hot drinks.
Tomorrow is my first group, and I'm really excited

The problem is one of the triggers for my IBS is dairy so I have to be careful how much and which kind I have.
So I see having some of the dairy for a HEA as a win for me.
What I might do in future then is have it with semi skimmed milk and then I wont be short changing the allowance so much.0 -
I'm munching my way through a big box of salad that I made this morning :j Its very tasty.
I don't know what I shall have for tea tonight - haven't planned that far yet !!0 -
