Hope everyone's enjoying the glorious weather, can't believe it's lasting so long!:)

    EE day going well here:
B: HEB Shreddies, HEA milk and strawberries, NAS Ribena
    L: quiche and salad
D: roast lamb with roast pots, cabbage, cauli, courgettes

Syns: usual weekend wine syns, squirt of low fat mayo but also gravy and some stuffing/fat with the meat. So will be well over for the day but saved through the week.

I'm out for supper tomorrow so will likely be one flexi meal but after that I'm seriously back on the wagon.

That reminds me I ate a packet of crisps last night.:o

I see you have courgette risotto for supper (Beanie's favourite too). Personally I don't like risotto as the consistency is all wrong for me.

Anyone got SW friendly ideas for using up courgettes? Our plants are going mad!

Courgette pasta bake is a favourite of mine - recipe here. You could add more courgette

there's a courgette soup recipe as well but I've not tried it

    Hi all,

BBQ yesterday went well, and I resisted all the booze :) In retrospect there were ways we could have done it SYN free, but the burgers with onions were amazing :D and totally worth it!

The bircher magic muesli thing is gorgeous, and something that I'll do even once I'm at target, I can't believe something so dubious looking is so delicious!

B - bircher magic muesli with grated apple, 0% greek yog & strawberries [HEB]
L - breakfast was really late and filling so I haven't wanted anything
D - beef chilli made with stewing beef, rice, salad, limed 0% greek yog
S - huge fruit salad for snacking on this evening, dressed with lime juice

SYNs will be 3 for sugar in my tea and coffee (I can't stand artificial sweetener, and even if I could, I have serious reservations about the long term health effects). HEA will be milk. I really fancy a tin of cider, but I'm going to do my best to resist and keep going with the lemony water for as long as I can.

To be fair, she's one of the better ones I've had over the years but I would have thought the stickers & certificates would have been supplied togather (whether the consultant pays for them or not). Ah well!

I'm not sure what to make of the comments about the certificates. I guess as the consultants are self employed and to some extent, its a franchise that they are operating, they can pick and choose how they do things but no certificates or stickers

Dont worry. research has shown artificial sweeteners make you fat anyway and most of them can cause serious health issues. Aspartame poisoning anyone?
