And I did a few walks this week...
And I'm sick of salad...
1.5lb is a good loss - with SW you should lose between 1 - 2 lb a week so you are right in the middle:T. 1.5lb is the maximum I have ever lost during my journey - it's usually 0.5lb a week.
No need to be sick of salad - you need to be eating lots of variety to stop boredom. Have you tried things like couscous, rice salad, pasta salad packed with SFs. You can have something different every day - and it would encourage your weight loss. Give it a go.

Use mysupermarket.co.uk to find fat free yoghurts on offer - this week I bought Shape 0% from Asda - £1 for 4
I get sick of salad too, but always enjoy it if I make my self eat it - just vary what you put with it. Sometimes I pick up yellow stickered steak if I get lucky at the supermarket, the other day it was hard boiled eggs with cottage cheese & sliced beetroot, I've also had SW chips & chicken with my lunchtime salad. I also lessen the lettuce & add lots of pickles (gherkins, capers, pickled onions are all free). How about a jacket potato with something (beans, cottage cheese, tuna) & just a very small salad?0 -
Having an extra easy day today and probably all weekend:
B - mushroom omlette
L - crabstick salad sandwich, cherries, grapes
D - pork chop, couscous, roasted onions & peppers
HEA: milk
HEB: bread
Syns: ice lolly 3; 2 glasses of gin & slimline tonic 8 = 11
Trying to keep the syns a bit lower than usual over the weekend as really must shift some weight. I've gained the last 2 weeks and usually because of an over-indulgence of alcohol syns at the weekend!

Have you tried adding fruit to your salad? I know it sounds a bit weird at first, but thinly sliced apple or slices of fresh orange really add a different flavour.
Baby spinach, orange and red onion works well
I had a bad night, so I got up late and started eating at lunch
L - BLT on wholemeal [HEB]
D - chicken fajitas, will have to SYN the wraps, but that's what OH fancies
Snacks will be the mountain of fresh fruit I bought yesterday. I'll use my HEA for milk

PG - if you've got any lettuce leaves you can use those instead of wraps? I'm using cannelloni instead of wraps for our enchiladas tonight0

I'm having a good EE day too:
B: scrambled egg on HEB toast, NAS Ribena, HEA milk for teas
L: ham and stir fried veggammon steak, roast veg (mushrooms, tomatoes, aubergine, courgettes, onion, garlic, peppers) and new pots
Syns: squirt of sauce with my breakfast and loads of wine syns planned:D (I save them all week)
I'm going to make a big quiche Lorraine with mashed potato base later while I've got the oven on for roast veg. It'll be good for lunch tomorrow with some salad. I'm allowed extra HEXs at target so should be OK with cheese and milk in it but I do plan to share with DH and not eat it all in one meal!
If not too greedy at supper tonight I might have some roasted veg left to make a pasta salad.0 -
There is a chart in your pack which gives a height/weight guide so that might help. It looks like something like this:

So for you, it suggests somewhere between 9 and 10 st. Personally I dragged a figure from the back of my mind that I'd been before I started putting on weight. You don't have to have a final target if you don't want. Some people have a dress size in mind and call target when they get there. Others set mini goals, say a stone at a time, until they feel happy.
Ended up with a busy evening and DH suggested the chippy. Amazingly, I refused and dug a SW curry from the freezer.:)2014 reach my best.0 -
I, too, hate the idea of a scraggy, neck, face and arms!
Your 10st 9.5lbs only just takes you past the 'overweight' line so I think you could risk a little more.
My target was 10st 7lbs but I'm 5ft 9ins and tend to hover around the bottom of my range.0 -
Lost 1.5 lb this week, so I have lost 6lb now-almost a quarter of what I want to lose, so this has given me a little boost. I can actually see a difference on my tum, but that's probably because I am targeting it at the gym as well . I weighed at the gym, apparently the scales are very accurate as they have GPs referring there so they have to be. I need to be really good the next few days. My daughter bought us tickets to see Momma Mia for my birthday, and wants to take me to pizza express as well ( my favourite.) we are going next Wednesday, and to be honest, I will keep my calorie count minimal before we go, but I will definitely have my favourite pizza without any feelings of guilt- it is the first time she has ever done anything like this for me so I intend to enjoy it and not spoil it worrying about syns!Luckily neither of us are ever bothered about desserts and she is not a huge sweet eater so I should be ale to just have water during the theatre.
Today:
Porridge and banana
Baked potato with tuna and salad
Pink lady apple
Milk in tea and porridge
Tonight I will be having baked salmon, rice and broccoli.
Strawberries and melon later!Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0
