Thanks Shala. There's off piste, & there's eating everything in the mountain top restaurant

If I carry on the way I'm going though I'm going to put all my weight back on before my new years resolutions kick in on the 1stI'm not joking either
I ate a whole box of mint matchmakers to myself at lunch
The strange thing is my meals are 100% SW friendly (habit!) - it's just the 3 tonnes of food I'm stuffing in my mouth in between is the problem (except for 2 takeaways last week but I could have 'managed' those if I'd been good!) Bloody Christmas
I think half of the problem is I've had to come off my anti-depressants for a blood test on Christmas Eve (as they think they are skewing the results of the 2 previous ones) - so I'm seeking comfort in sugar, except it's not working, so then I eat more & more & more....

Shala can you delete me from the challenge - it's just too depressing xx
I'm a great believer in what goes on quickly can come off quickly too! Hang on in there and try to buy in some less sinful snacks. I like cold half syn sausages and chicken tikka pieces.I gotta be honest if I started the 6th of Jan then it'd just give me another week of "allowing" myself to pig outso i'll be weighing in that first week..
Good thinking.;)
Glad you're feeling spoiled mildredd. Enjoy your Chinese and cider.

Think these are both good names:T. I'd say New Year-New Me for Jan to Easter and then Fit not Fat for Summer for Easter to Summer.
Just my two pennworth.

Hi all,
I was thinking New Year-New Me! as well.
Well it was WI tonight and I have lost 1Lb, which considering I have been more SINNER than SYNNER this week, I am grateful for. I am hopeful this week at least to lose 0.5lb which will give me my club 10 the day before Christmas.
Week Seven, 1Lb off please Shala, I think this means I've lost 1stone this challenge.
This thread has been fabulous motivation, so count me in for the new challenge.
Welcome to all the new faces, and congrats to all the losers :T.
To all those struggling, remember be kind to yourself, its not a race.0 -

New Year-New Me gets my vote too...
Here's the scores on the doors for today..
The list has got smaller as I've took off the people who have dropped out, it makes it easier to see on the page otherwise the chart would be a monster. If I've took anyone off incorrectly then give me a kick, I still have all the results logged separately!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
