    That was/is exactly my attitude mildredd. I knew I was 'tweaking' by saving syns and I could have measured a bit better and done [STRIKE]more[/STRIKE] some Body Magic and various other things if I'd stopped losing but I (fortunately) didn't need to.

    Make sure you do have a good time tomorrow whatever you decide to do. What about a bit of pampering? Buy in something special like steaks? My DD has a birthday on Friday and it's a rubbish time for going out anywhere for a meal. At last count she wants to come round here and we'll all have a Chinese.:eek:

    I'm really pleased with myself this morning. dropped my car off for a service and walked back. It has to be 3+ miles. So a bit of Body Magic done.:D

    EE menu today:
    B: HEB Shreddies with HEA milk
    L: maybe vegetable soup or maybe banana
    D: faggots, onions, peas, carrots, gravy, new potatoes
    Syns: faggots and gravy (I know this is synful carp but I want to free up some freezer space)

    Thinking of some Chicken Fajitas for tea. Have took a real notion.


    Now the test will be to wrap or not wrap lol


    Have already had potato today and not in the mood for rice :(


    Might have to do a salad version lol


    Wish they didn't sell wraps in pack of 6 / 8 as there is no way I could buy them and only eat one!


    Will have to display steel determination in Tesco's lol

    Been pretty good today as I've been in training all morning, so just one biscuit (3 syns) and a banana - I was sooo hungry by the time I got home so I've just had spaghetti hoops on toast :drool:

    Need to decide on what to have for tea as OH is going out and that's when I get a bit crazy on the food front!! :eek:
