The weather is very dismal here today so I think my menu today will have to reflect this.
I have had breakfast - fruit platter from $ainsbu&& (melon/pineapple) and 1 piece of a nature valley choc chip bar (5 syns). My syns ended up low yesterday so I thought it would be ok to waste a few syns. (I stuck to diet coke on our night out)
Lunch today can only be SW chips :j
and tea is meant to be steak and jackets but might end up being just jackets with perhaps the Look What we Found Chilli and a HEA of cheese.
Have a good day all and stay warm and safe x
I ran out of time this morning to post details of today's menu so popping on now to share.
Yesterday's menu did stay pretty much as outlined above - SW chips (and HEA cheese) at lunchtime and steak/jacket spud/mushrooms/sweetcorn for tea. I had too many syns - chilli relish with both my lunch and tea and english mustard with my steak. After lunch I had a crunchie biscuit (4 syns) and after the tempation of wanting another biscuit late afternoon - I had an options hot choc instead with a few small marshmallows (4 syns in total say). Then there were wine syns - didn't measure it but not a huge glass (just to taste that the boxed wine I bought for xmas was tasty :rotfl:and I resisted the tempatation to refill my glass when it was gone.
Today's menu is
Breakfast: Melon slice
Alpen light bar (3 syns)
Lunch
Weight Watchers Chicken/Lemon rissoto - 6.5 syns
rest of melon
Tea: Stir fry
Syns: lunch /alpen light as above. May be a square of chocolate this afternoon. few syns for stir fry sauce. Syns on the high side again today0 -

And so you should be!:D I'm 100% with you that being slim for your own self esteem is the best. Any additional compliments along the way are a bonus!
wiz, I'm no expert on Green but are you sure you can count sausages as a HEB? I think you may have to go for the higher syn value.:( Or skip the milky coffee later and call it an EE day and low syn the sausages. You seem to have had plenty of SFs.
lantanna, your decluttering is catching. I've just binned an ancient pair of jeans that were hanging off me. I don't have to look like a bag lady when I'm doing housework.0 -

They may be the rosemary & red onion variety (Linda McCartney) which i think (and hope) are free on all plans?

my headache has returned.. i had a real stinker of a headache last night. I suspect the cause was staring all day at a PC screen and thinking so hard which caused my brain to explode
I suppose the headache today maybe a result of a very early start, staring at a PC screen and dehydration ..
Roll on 7.15 when i head home from uni, and go home to relax

Oh I do hope so. They are free, definitely. So would that mean wiz had a HEB spare on Green?0 -

possibly. I do a lot of green days and i dont think that sausage meat is a hex b due to fat content.

Maman lol
I was told at lunchtime that I had a pair of trousers on last week - that I looked that a german in...
I can assume that they meant the kind with the braces lol
Funnily enough those trousers didn't make it to the charity shop pile and are in the pile of "I'll just hold onto just in case I go backwards"
After hearing this comment - maybe they should be transferred to the Charity Shop pile after all lol0
