My menu today was a banana and custard mullerlite yogurt for breakfast. Mid morning snack was alpen lite bar (half a HEB)

Lunch was salad and a tuna tin, my HEA of cheese

    Then my other alpen lite

Tea has been 2 sainsburys BGTY sausages, 3 fried eggs, mushrooms and slimming world chips.

No alcohol syns planned for tonight and no chocolate syns planned either. I did have a square of chocolate at work but managed to resist scoffing the whole bar.

Quite full from tea so no plans to eat anything else today.

Well I'd officially given up this week as we had buffet food at work since Wednesday.. 3.5lb on(e.t.a. Done my proper Saturday morning weigh in and it's only 2lb!! Phew) in one week! it was them pesky cheese and onion rolls what did it, your honour :o

I have nothing planned next week that will affect my eating so i'll be trying to get them lbs back off!!

Have a relaxing weekend all, stay away from those raging xmas shoppers! :rotfl:

Sat drinking tea pondering today's menu.....

Breakfast when I get round to is fruit. May be boiled eggs too.

Lunch I'm not sure about yet. It might be a case of a late breakfast early lunch.

Tea I thought I might do stuffed peppers - cook up some (Batchelors savoury) Mexican rice (free) and mix with chestnut/closed cup mushrooms and sweetcorn and roast in oven. I'll serve it with some feta cheese - my HEA Option for today.

There might be alcohol syns tonight.... but hopefully I'll be able to stick to diet coke and that it won't be too late a night.

Was good last night and didn't have the planned glass of red but did have a Ryvita with a scrape of butter so 2.5 syns instead of 6 it would have been for the wine.

    Today is an EE day:

    B - bacon, mushrooms & scrambled eggs
    S - salmon & cucumber sushi - 1.5 syns whilst out shopping
    L - beans on toast
D - HM chicken curry & rice. May also make some onion bharjis.

Will definitely be some wine syns this evening as we have friends coming over.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread
Syns - 1.5 sushi; onion bharjis (HM) 0.5 syn each; wine - not sure yet how many

I'm out at a nibbly do tonight so will be eating junk but I'm driving so at least I'll save on my usual Saturday wine syns.

Back on plan tomorrow and then just one more evening of nibbles before Thursday's WI.

If I don't gain 1.5lbs this week I'll have to pay but decided I'd rather pay than put loads on before Christmas proper has even started.

You seem to be right 'in the zone' at the moment eric, good for you.:T

:Ton the 2 stone award tracey.

shala, just get back on plan when you can, can't undo what's gone before.:(

This is what I intend to do Maman:D not too bothered that i'd put on as I knew it was coming.. office buffet is my favourite time of year so I didn't want to spoil it by not eating what I wanted!

For me the office is the worst place I could be.. there is a constant stream of sweets, biscuits and cakes brought in and always someone going to greggs, subway or the chippie!! Most of the time I refrain but around Christmas I let the reins go a bit...

Next week i'm only in work for 2 days so I should be ok...
