Oh tie, I'm so sorry to hear your news and so soon (relatively) after you lost your dad. I feel for you. I lost my mum 10 years ago and still miss her dreadfully but do try to remember the good times.0

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, hit a bit of a bad patch and didn't seem to be losing anything.
I'm missing 3 weeks worth which are
STS, STS & -1.25
Many thanks Shala you're doing a fantastic job.
I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't lost much and clearly am not going to hit my target, but then I did realise that last weekend I had a Chow Mein from the Chinese and the week before that I had oven chips as I didn't have time to make SW ones, so on the whole it could have been worse and all the time i'm not pigging out stupidly then hopefully I should still stay vaguely on trackSW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

I'm so sorry TIE, that looks really insensitive of me, I didn't read any of the posts I just pressed the 'end' button to get to the bottom of the page and wrote my post out. I then started reading back over the posts and read about your Mum, I too am so sorry for your loss, I don't always post that often but I do read the posts and know what you've been going though. Please take care of yourself.SW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14
