Well done to all the losers and :grouphug:to everyone who needs them.

I'm not optimistic this week but have been keeping syns low since I totted up how many I had over the weekend, eek!

Going for an EE day today as have my sister coming for the day so no doubt more syns than usual as we'll end up opening a bottle of red tonight!!!

    B - bacon & mushroom sandwich; banana
L - HM carrot and lentil soup
D - Garlic & herb soft cheese stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon; roast potatoes, roast carrots & cabbage - about half the plate will be veg!

Snacks will be satsumas, bananas as only fruit I have until I go shopping tomorrow after WI. I've also got a couple of Mullerlights in the fridge.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - 2 slices of wholemeal bread
    Syns - soft cheese 1.5;

Soft cheese the only planned syns but no doubt a glass or two of red will be consumed this evening!

As I've said before I'm expecting a gain this week and just hope it's not too big a gain and I'm still within target.

    Denise

CONGRATULATIONS!! to Magic Bucks :T How romantic!
Really sorry to hear you a having a bad time SkintCatt, people on here care about you, I woke up at half four and went through my 'list' of worries and you were on it! I suppose I really feel for you cos I wasn't diagnosed with post natal depression till my son was almost 2, please don't suffer on your own, speak to people or see your GP if things don't improve (Don't want to patronise but I am worried about you) xx

My consultant says you could have 10 lbs on in the New Year if you gave up following SW from now until then!

She actually is quite realistic and asks us all just to try and maintain at the minute if we have parties and lots of food challenges around Christmas! Which is nice and supportive.

Congrats Magic! Great work with the chart Shala! Sometimes you need a wee blow out Skint Catt so don't beat yourself up too much. Get back on it when you can. I'm struggling a bit too at the minute, last night all I could think about was a Chinese - didn't get one though but did eat too much bread yesterday and hardly a vegetable insight.

I had a two course lunch out on Tuesday with alcohol and then more food at the Xmas market - so definitely expecting a gain tomorrow. Still I had given myself a day off and enjoyed it. I also had a Chinese on Friday night - eek.

Oh well my plan is to not dip below that 4 stone loss for the New Year and then well and truly attack stone No 5!

Nice to see you back Flat Eric!

I will be posting here religiously for the rest of my life as it keeps me somewhat on track lol

Aw, thanks, but I'm ok. Already on meds since dd was 8 months (she's just over 2 now) & I know I'll get through it - I just need to change some things in my life but at the moment don't know how! Life is so much more complicated when you have to think about childcare before anything else - not that I'd change her for the world :) I think hubby being so busy recently (& my ongoing dodgy relationship with my Mom) has left me feeling a bit isolated & lonely at times.
Honestly. I'll be ok. I think I'll just concentrate on 'maintaining' at the moment (which will require more than enough effort coming up to Christmas!)

    C xx

  • Morning All,

Sorry I haven't posted for a while. I've been off plan the last couple of weeks but trying to exercise as much as I can and be good where I can!

Had a lovely weekend in the Cotswolds with the bf. Hoping weigh in is kind to me this Thurs and then hopefully a big push before Christmas.

Made a lovely carrot, celery, leek & yellow pepper soup last night so hopefully that will help me be good!

Well done to all the losers & big hugs to those struggling! xx

T: Chicken casserole in slow cooker with load of SF veg.
S & D: Green tea, water, banana, satusma, option hot choc (2 syns)

Total syns for the day: 4 1/2

Have a good day everyone :)
  • My plan of being on track last week didn't work out... I've barely been thinking about SW! No particular reason why, just lack of organisation and meals out.... had a couple of long days at work but it's an excuse really as I've got through them before!

Will go to WI tonight although I'm dreading it. Alcohol always makes me put on.

Hugs to all, well done to you losers :)
