    Hi all

Thanks so much to everyone for all your messages I really appreciate them yes It's not long and hVe started the body magic I said 9 lbs last night I want to lose 11 as 11 stone 4 was where I wanted to get to

Have a real incentive not to go too mad at christmas now as need to try on dresses in January so let's see

Have a lovely evening all xx

You should have no problem losing 11lbs by April. Perhaps you need to wait before you decide on what size dress to order!

    Shala, I lost 4.5lbs tonight!!

That was over three weeks but I'm still amazed. I'm now 1.5lbs below my target range which is perfect going into the party season. So no special plans needed for nibbly parties tomorrow or Saturday.:D

P.S. Didn't have crisps tonight but did have some 70% chocolate.

Well done you :) Maybe you'll allow yourself a few little crisps now!!

I was going to allow myself a bag of Nandos Peri Peri Crisps over Christmas with a sour cream dip - but I can't find them anywhere now!!

    Maybe for the best lol

TIE - so sorry for your loss. There are no words which can help but as others have said take care of yourself.

Have been to WI this morning and incredibly I have maintained this week, which is far better than I could have hoped for having really lost the plot this week.

I won't be weighing in again until early in January as I'm going on holiday for Christmas and New Year. As we'll be self catering most of the time I'll be fairly good with the food most of the time - apart from the french bread (I can't resist it when I'm in France) and the red wine!

I have 2.5lb to play with to reach top end of target so am hoping that by the time I next go to WI I'll still be there.

I'll still be around for most of next week so will continue to read and post my menus.

    Today is an EE day:

    B - banana after WI
    L - bacon, egg & mushrooms; satsuma
D - beef stew (loads more veg than meat!)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread 1 slice 0.5; 2 original Ryvita 0.5

Syns: scrape of butter on bread & Ryvita 3.5 not sure what else yet
