  • Shala, please put me down for a 2lb loss.

I am out for lunch today and for a curry tonight, and have 3 more meals out before my next weigh in, so am just hoping I can make some healthy choices and maybe settle for a STS next week.

    Fingers crossed!

DS is home from uni tomorrow which is lovely but means I may have to buy in non SW friendly food again. I will need your help to stay strong folks. And maybe a supply of healthy treats!

Hugs to all who need them.

Really been struggling to decide what to eat today! DH wants fish & chips tonight so that sorted dinner and I've worked around that and decided on a Green day:

B - beans on toast (HEB)
L - LO potatoes fried up, egg & mushrooms
    D - Haddock (HEB2), SW chips & peas

HEA - milk throughout the day in tea
    Snacks - banana, satsuma, Mullerlight

Syns - Half a fresh cream choux bun (DH bought last night so had half last night as well:eek:) - 9; glass red - 6 = 15

Never taking DH shopping with me again!!!! Not only did he pick up the fresh cream choux buns, he picked up a Pannetone, 8 scones & Scotch pies!

I can pass quite easily on the pies 'cos I just don't like them but the pannetone might be a different matter.

DH had one of the scones last night and he's taken a couple to work today. The rest of them I've frozen in 2's and he can take them out for work as and when so I won't end up eating those:T.

Folks I am now officially a size 14 woo hoo - going from totally busting out of a 20 this is quite a shock to the system lol.

I bought a new jumper the other day in a shop were sizes are small and instead of picking up a 14 (as it looked too small) I thought I'll get the 16 to be safe.

I have the 16 on today and far too big - its as well it was only a fiver lol

Does anyone else do this?? Forget their new size lol when out shopping and look at things and think that they will never fit and then they do lol.

Congratulations lantanna, brilliant NSV. What I tend to do is pick up my proper size but always take a larger one into the changing rooms as well as I'm still (after 2 years+ not 100% confident).

I've had a SW breakfast, fruit planned for lunch as I'll be out and about. I've taken half syn sausages out of the freezer to concoct something friendly for supper, probably sausage and mash.
  • Happy Friday all!

I had a STS this week which I am over the moon about considering I've been away. It doesn't look like I'm going to hit my challenge figure but right now I'm just thrilled I'm going into Christmas period 5lbs lighter rather than 5lbs heavier!

    xx
