Mildredd - thanks for the hand up - lets hope you don't drop me ;)

Maman - yes I know - didn't plan today very well although more fruit & veg in this house than ever before! I did have some banana's & half an apple.

Rainbow - 1 x BFree Foods Multigrain Wrap (HEb) spread some oil free tomato puree thinly all over it - sprinkle with grated cheese (1 or 2 HEa's - depending on how much you want) plus anything else you fancy - ham, mushrooms etc. Put in oven at about 150/180deg until cheese melted. Nom Nom Nom!

Sorry there is no way on earth Anyone can gain 10lbs from Christmas dinner! I think that consultants twisting it somewhat?

That would be enough to kill you I would have thought!!

I've had Christmas WEEK off before & gained 7lbs :o and that's not just meals but I'm a rabbid chocoholic too ;) I don't plan to do that this year, although I won't be massively strict for a few days at least :o

10lbs over Christmas would be possible if you start now:rotfl:but it would appear to be a bit of scaremongering, I wonder how the consultant came to that figure. I resisted a curry take out yesterday, I would rather not bother then wade through what might have passed as a low syn option.

I have also been wondering whether I should go and have a little health check with the nurse. I am really tired all the time, and there are one or two other things that I'm not happy with. I think I will phone on Monday.

    Menu

B: Mushrooms, poached eggs, bacon, beans
    L: Tuna salad

    D: something with SW chips

Snacks: Fruit salad with yog, WW chocolate biscuit

    Milk in tea HEA.

I know it is a different thread, but I have not had a drink for 30 days:T so thought I would share this with you.

Definitely go to the doctor, you won't get better just worrying about it. Maybe you've got a touch of SAD and the GP will give you a sunshine holiday on prescription!:D

That's a great alcohol free total, just think of all the syns you haven't wasted.

I'm having a problem lately as I just don't fancy eating lunch most days. I'm planning to nibble on a bit of cooked ham and have a banana as I'll be out later so can't have it late. HEA&B porage for breakfast and tonight I'm having an off-plan Chinese. Hopefully the only off-plan meal this week so should be OK.
  • Hi Everyone,
jsut a quickie before I brave the town centre!! I must be mad going shopping at this time on a sat!
Shala - I lost 2lb this week!! I am so pleased as think I got to my target of a 6lb loss

Can anyone who is at target please advise how to stay on target, I think I remember from SW last time that you can just increase your HEX B's but not go too mad on the syns? I don't go to class so have forgotton!

I've been MIA for a long time and haven't posted or kept up with this thread for ages.

I've been plodding along, up and down but still trying where I can, some weeks a lot better than others!

I'm trying hard this week - I would like to see a 2 pound loss on the scales (to get my next award). The previous week, I had a lot on - meals out etc so I was lucky to see a loss on the scales - I want to keep it up if I can so I'm trying to forgot what month it is and resist the festive treats !
