I think my decision for Christmas is...
Follow sw to dinner on Xmas eve - have fruit predinner (possibly pre church waiting on seeing Christmas Eve services time - last year the children's service was at 8pm :@)
Dinner will be a Chinese so technically within syns for the day
Father Christmases jam tart will not be within syns
Christmas Day
Breakfast - tiger bread butter and jam
Dinner - a feast of roast
Tea - whole meal turkey sandwich
Boxing Day - same as Xmas day really but will try to eat more fruit
27th back on sw wagon
I know this is not the sw way but its only way I can not stress about being over syns for 3 days running. I get stressed enough over one day off plan :@
Catt thank you xxx
Well done all losersproud of us all for keeping plodding on and chipping away at the weight (possibly wrong word there on a sw thread
)

Good morning SW friends - WI for me a bit disappointed with
-1.5 lbs (thanks Shala)
the scales jumped about and then settled for the 1.5 instead of 2 .
Not that happy with this as stuck to the plan, but they do say 1-2lbs should be the average, must try and remember that it is not a sprint. I just feel that because I am still on the wagon that this alone merits at least 3lbs a week. :rotfl:Really hoping that I can shift 2lbs for next week. Well done to all x0 -
Sorry Shala was on the phone so couldn't do it like this last night
1.5 lbs loss
Inazuma - I know me too - it motivates me coming on here every morning and seeing how everybody is getting on. It is a bit of a struggle though some times isn't it but with determination we will all get there in the end !0 -
Arkers - you really shouldn't be disappointed with a 1.5lb loss - some of us, me included, usually only lose 0.5 or 1lb a week! It's a real WOW for me if I lose more!
Another EE day today:
B - mushroom omlette; banana
L - beans on toast (which I didn't have yesterday in the end); satsuma; sharon fruit
D - fish pasta bake; salad. The sauce is made with sauce flour (4 syns) and vegetable stockpot (it's really tasty and you don't miss the milky white sauce); topped with 42g of grated reduced fat cheddar (6 syns). This serves 2-3 so it will be 3-5 syns each. In practice it'll probably just serve the 2 of us.
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - toast
Syns - sauce flour 2; cheese 3; 2 glasses of red 12 = 17. I know I'll be a couple of syns over but easy enough to make up over the week
Just need to get a selection of fish out of the freezer to defrost so I can make it this evening!

Change to my plans already!!! As I was about to do my breakfast I remembered that I still had a couple of portions of my pepper & lentil soup left so decided to have that for lunch instead of beans on toast which meant I could have my toast for breakfast but didn't fancy baked beans this early so decided instead of omlette I'd have scrambled eggs! Have just eaten it and really enjoyed it - probably more than I would have the omlette.
I usually stick to what I decide on as my evening meals are already planned for the month so it's just breakfast and lunch I have to decide on in the morning. Maybe I ought to start deciding on all 3 meals a day when I do my monthly menu plan - no maybe not it's hard enough just thinking about the evening meals.
