Mildredd - why have you got syns for "lots of onions"? Are you adding oil to cook them or something? They're free in done in frylight and/or a bit of stock and you can have as many as you want.

Shala - I have lost 0.5lb this week, so think I have hit my target
I have decided that I will have Christmas day and Boxing Day off SW plan and eat what I fancy without pigging out and will expect a gain on 27 December when I next will weigh in.
We were having a talk in group today about the different strategies that you can put in place e.g Strategy 1 - eat whatever you want, don't count syns and enjoy Christmas and expect a gain of up to 10lbs.
Strategy 2 - Set yourself a number of syns for each day (say 80 for Christmas day) and 30 for Boxing Day and the rest of the time try and stay on track and you may have a small gain.
Strategy 3 - Basically stay on the wagon and treat it like any other time of the year and try and loose.
I will try and stick with strategy 2.

Olive Oil - 6 syns per Tbs (can use as HEB on EE or Green - no idea about Red as don't do it)
Pine Nuts - 9 syns per 25g - all plans
Feta cheese - full fat 3.5 syns per 25g - all plans
low fat 2 syns per 25g - all plans
Chickpeas - FREE on EE or Green - wouldn't use on a Red day as very high in syns
