Have been away for a MSE DFW meet this weekend.
Have not watched what I have eaten at all & have drunk rather too many cocktails. But it was nice to meet up with old friends. So I am not complaining:rotfl:

I had steak with 1 + 1/2 %ain$bury$ be good to yourself cumberland sausages served with stir fry veg. I'm not sure on breakfast or lunch plans for tomorrow but tea is stir fry again :j I so want a 2 pound loss this week. Would be great to get 7 pounds off before xmas weigh in but I think that will be pushing it !0

Today's a new day - chin up and plod on time I think
I was very controlled yesterday at the Christmas markets I had roughly 50 syns n I think I pretty much used them oops but I didn't make a pig of myself I just ate what I fancied
Expecting a gain in the morning - plus its star week so feeling sorry for myself
Had a busy weekend for me
Dd free day yesterday is catching up with me as she's awake now wanting to be held
Shala a few of my fb friends have been to see boyzone tonight and said how awesome they were - I'm more of a take that girl though
Catt hope your okay
Flat Eric - nice to see youI agree new year new thread, don't think the forum mods are as strict anymore and its only s few weeks til new year x
RFD- I remember the pain of uni deadlines far too well, well done for sticking with sw while deadline meeting that can't be easy
Beanie - hope you enjoyed your weekend
Tie - hope your sons okay? Good news about your mum - sorry I missed it before
Mich - glad I'm not the only one x
Today I feel a bit better bout the 'fat' pic, I guess people won't comment for fear of offending so I've decided I think between Christmas n new year I'm going public with my before pic n a recent pic with a mushy status and duck it maybe
My friend thinks I'm weird for not telling people already but my logic is I want people to comment because they've noticed not because I've said look at me and notice my weight loss?
Thank you for all your kind and lovely supportive words it means a lot
I don't actually remember ever being this size so its all completely new territory for me - I'm going to be a size smaller jeans again soon eep xxx
Hugs for those who need them - kicks up the bum for some
Hand over the toad!!!
Wish my dd would go back to sleep alreadyStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Really can't get my head into SW at the moment - I've just totted up my syns since WI on Thursday and I've already had 100:eek:! Mainly wine syns unfortunately.
Think I'm going to have to accept I'll have a gain this week - I'll try and limit the syns for the next few days and hope the gain isn't too much. As long as it's only a couple of pounds I'll still be in target range but at top end and I really wanted to be at the bottom end by Christmas, oh well!
Having a Green day today:
B - boiled eggs & soldiers
L - cheese on toast
D - mushroom chasseur & rice
HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEA2 - 40g low fat cheddar
HEB1 & 2 - bread
Syns - 3.5 butter (can't have soldiers without!)
Will eat some fruit during the day. I've also got some Mullers in the fridge if I want anything else.

Hello everyone,
WI for this week was STS please Shala.
My plan for Christmas is to relax and enjoy whatever I want on Christmas Day & Boxing Day, my breakfasts will probably be SW friendly and obviously the roast will be OK except for some proper goose fat roast potatoes  but I am going to allow myself some extra treats in the way of cheese, choccies & wine. I should then be back on plan until New Year's Eve when I will relax a bit but just for the evening.
Welcome to the newbies and good to see some old faces back - good idea about a new thread for the new year - thanks for setting it up for us Flat Eric :T0
