Somebody just mentioned pastrami is very good and low fat, is this free on slimming world?

As others have said many cold meats are free. I like these

They're a bit more expensive than pickled onions but seriously yummy! I often eat them with LO veg fried up (sort of bubble & squeak). Pickled baby beetroot is another good way of upping the SFs too. I used to attack a jar with a spoon.:o

And people who say well its only 1/2 a pound can pee off if I lose 1/2 its a good thing and celebrated so don't dismiss it as nothing :@

Hope nobody on here would ever dismiss half a pound mildredd. You keep hanging on in there and enjoy the boots when they come!

Lantanna, I know it's really cold comfort but if some of the weight is bloating it WILL come off. So many highs and lows with this weightloss business. Must be your turn for a high soon.:)

I did my food shop. Mostly Aldi but did need to call into Sainsbury's for some frylight, half syn sausages and wine:o It's back on 25% off offer so was being mse really.

I picked up the marzipan hearts in Aldi (again) and put them down (again).:D I also fancied the 4 Indian meals for £10 in Sainsbury's but decided against. I just don't seem to have a decent SW curry recipe. What does everyone else use?

I bought myself tikka pieces, cucumber and tomatoes to go to the nibbly party on Sunday. It's one of these 'take a plate to share' things. I'll have a SW plate for me and also taking smoked salmon to share and if starving I'll cook up some half syn sausages as well.

    So, my EE menu today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
    L: bubble & squeak
D: baked haddock, cauli & broccoli cheese, SW chips
Syns: squirt of sauce, wine syns:j

I just had an idea that the cheese sauce will be less synful if I call it a green day. I've had almost no milk today so cheese and milk in sauce could be mostly HEAs and fish (tiny fillet) and toast HEBs. So syns in a bit of spread and cornflour. I'm determined to be as good as possible on the run up to Christmas.

What is this mint choc sachet you talk about?

I only every buy the Longley Farm cottage cheese as I find the rest too watery.

Aldi do hot chocolate light sachets. They do ordinary ones and mint ones.
The ordinary ones are lovely & keep meaning to try the mint ones.

1 1/2 on last night.A bit deflated as dident see that one coming.

Been to Toni Maccaronni today with my lovely mum so certainly well over syns today.

Evening all :) hope you're all well. Slightly better day today- scales have finally budged in the right direction :) I've bought a lovely warm tracksuit from Asda- size 14 so should hopefully last me the winter. Also bought a gorgeous grey jumper and long sleeve t-shirt to go underneath from a charity shop for the total bargainous price of 6 quid :) I never managed to get anything in charity shops when I was bigger but I've had quite a few nice bits from this particular shop :) however unfortunately the bad side of today has been me having to put my beloved Lipsy joggers on EBay :( I put one pair on today for the first time in ages and they're hanging off me :( gutted is not the word!! I'm saving for some size 14's now, hopefully on my next payday :)
B: 2 pears, strawberry Mullerlight, some LowLow cheese (3 syns)
    S: Coffee with HEXA skimmed
L: Asda Mediterranean salad, some ham, 3 Skinny Cow light Blue Cheese triangles (HEXA) melon, apple, strawberry, grape mixed pot, slice of pineapple, bottle of Boots Shapers Kiwi and Strawberry water
T: Tesco Light Choices mushroom stroganoff (5 syns) steamed mixed veg, pint of NAS cordial, Apple, banana, HiFi choc bliss bar (HEXB)
    Hope everyone's ok xx

    Morning All,

    Happy Saturday :j

It's been another busy week. I was on a course yesterday. I was a bit worried about the lunch they would provide, didn't want it to knock me off my stride, but then I never eat badly infront of anyone anyway, it's all about the secret eating with me :o

Anyway, I had sticks of cold veg and houmous and then fruit after so all was good. I found myself looking around the room and feeling pleased that there were 4 people fatter than me in a room of 9 ;) I think I look quite normal now. Oh and as for lose skin, I have to fold my belly up in some form of origami so that it fits into my trousers. A good pair of tight jeans keeps it all in place though :T

Am still not weighing myself but I have defo lost more, people keep commenting. I do feel much happier, I hope it continues, would so love to be 12 something by 20th December.

If anyone is struggling, then it's the last day of November today. Just have one last day, then be good from now until 20th which was the end of the Pudding Challenge. 20 days would be a huge achievement

Another busy weekend here, so hopping off now but bee good everyone...

Having a lazy day today, only need to nip out to the post office to buy a large stamp and post a letter. Also need to buy some more mushrooms as having the last with breakfast this morning. DH is cooking it for me now!

    Red day today:

    B - scrambled eggs, bacon & mushrooms
    L - cheese on toast (HEA1/HEB1)
D - beef bourgignon, jacket potato (HEB2), cabbage 5 syns for gravy

HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day

Will try to stick to just 5 syns today as went well over on syns yesterday.

for Shala - loss of .4lb
Happy with that. Need to keep on straight and narrow as ate fish n chips, mini bread sticks and whole tub of humous (was a mini one) last night at quiz n chips :o.
Have been reading all week but had such a lousy week at school am so not enjoying my work anymore. Really dislike my new teacher, she is so two faced and makes me feel so uncomfortable when it's just us in the room. I am seriously thinking about my future which is a shame as I love the kids.
Off for a good cry now :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
