Evening all..
Rubbish day for me all round yesterday. My Riding lesson didn't go well & think I have lost my confidence in the saddle. Had a driving lesson which was mediocre & then Fell down some steps & managed to hurt my ankle.
:(
Bought a bottle of wine to cheer myself & planned to just have one glass. Didn't happen & drank the entire bottle. Guzzled half a pack of Cadbury treat size treats I had bought for incase I needed a choccie fix.
Then had a rubbish nights sleep because of said wine. Woke myself up twice because I was snoring:o. This morning woke up with a sore throat & blocked nose. Been out of sorts all day & feeling "coldly"..
Had an EE day today
Breakfast- mushrooms,turkey rashers,spag hoops, & scrambled egg
Lunch - an apple & muller light
Dinner - quorn mince cottage pie topped with carrots, parsnip & sweet potato mash topping.
Hope I get a good nights kip tonight.

To do the very best that we can on the days that we can.
Particularily helpful at this time of year.

personally ill be having chipolatas and as normal a Xmas lunch as possible?
I'm going to check for the lowest syn chipolatas for my 'pigs in blankets'. My consultant still raves about how I lost 5.5 pounds in Christmas week when I was getting to target. I found it easy having roasts and cold meats and curries. It's the weeks before with the party nibbles that I find hard.:(To do the very best that we can on the days that we can.
That's definitely my philosophy this month.:)
Sorry to hear about the lipsy trackies MrsR, but as it's good news in a way so hope you can afford smaller ones very soon.
Good day today. Took my own nibbles to the party and good plan for tomorrow.
Have a good week all.:A0 -
hi all.. hope everyone is well, not been around for a while.. busy week and have been amazon black fridaying
last week was a 1.5lb gain... i'll keep plodding on but its so frustrating atm, up and down every week lately, my graph on the SW app looks like a roller coaster0 -
Hiya everyone
I know it's late but I'm off to my Mum's in the morning for 8 days and there's no 3G coverage and only very poor wi-fi in the front room so I'm updating now. I have bids on both my Lipsy bottoms- yayI will be gutted to see them go but just thinking about putting on those size 14's :j I wore my new grey trackie bottoms, hoodie and gilet to the rugby Sunday and I was pleased with how slimline I looked in them even with about 10 layers of thermals underneath
I'm laying in bed dosed up on Sudafed and covered in Vicks Vapour Rub- full of cold but it's not stopping me doing- I feel ok, just stuffed up. I have a 6 hour coach journey in the morning so I think by the end the rest of the coach will have my germs as well
Rugby was good, very cold though! We drew which was a good result for us. Spoke to my player afterwards and he was very sweet bless him- he told me off very gently and said I should be at home resting and he was going to tweet me and tell me not to come to the game and just rest instead which I thought was very sweet that he cares enough to do thatso I'm definitely sort of happy now, happier than I have been for a little while anyway.
I'm weighing in at Mum's group this week with her so WI will be Tuesday instead of Monday. I'm wondering whether I'm going to call target sooner than I planned because I'm dropping dress sizes at an alarming rate and I'm still in the 15 stone range. My target was 12 7 but I'm already in 14's in some things which is where I want to be so I may call target as soon as I'm comfortably in 14 jeans. I'm aiming for 5 stone total by the time my sponsor's meal comes around in about March time which given it's just under 4 now should be do-able.
Dear me I've rambled a bit haven't i haha! So here's my menu for Sunday. I was pretty ill on Saturday and ate very little but my appetite picked up a little Sunday.
Sunday
B: Scrambled eggs and beans, coffee with HEXA semi skimmed
L: Tub of fresh blackberries and strawberries, 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (HEXB) Apple, banana. Bottle of water and bottle of Dr Pepper Zero
T: Chicken minus skin, steamed mixed veg, a few Aunt Bessie's midweek roasties (1.5) Sainsbury's basics Yorkshire pudding 2, pint of NAS cordial, pink n white (2.5) cherry Mullerlight
Also 5 pieces of Airwaves (0.5 syns)
Total: 6 syns (very low for me but not a got a massive amount of appetite right now)
Night all- will try to get on Tuesday after WI to update xxx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
can I report a 4 pound lose this week, pleased as I stayed the same last week. Thanks. Still plodding on. I have now lost 2 stone 2 since 23/09/13 and 2 stone 6 to go to get me to my first target I set. Not having a good time health wise, I am on long term sick from work waiting for a op. But as least I am doing something active about my weight.sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.0

Has been very syn laden since WI on Thursday so again need to keep under 10 a day from today to Wednesday so completely doable.
As we ended up not eating much last night because we were still full up from eating out at lunchtime I just had a Mullerlight and a sharon fruit.
Having another EE day today:
B - Magic porridge (HEB); banana
L - Jacket potato, tuna mayo (2 syns); selection of chopped fruit including melon & sharon fruit
D - Bubble & squeak (LO pots & cabbage from Sat night); bacon, egg, mushrooms & beans
HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day
Syns: Mayo 2; ice lolly 3 = 5
