Hugs to everyone... seems like there are a lot of us going through blips right now!!
TIE - big hugs for you.. is there a way round it, can you just ignore the teacher or move to a different teacher? I hate it that other people can make us feel so uncomfortable and we have to change our lives because of them  however, lets think of something positive! how long until your xmas holidays?? :j;):D
I'll not talk about my food week as it has been horrendous.. yesterday was OH's uncle's funeral and the buffet was awful so we ended up picking up domino's on the way homeso I've made the decision not to weigh today and i'll do it next week..

Not really sure what I'm having today as going out to lunch and no on-line menu unfortunately. Last time I was there I had whitebait for starter & duck salad for main. Might try to find a more SW friendly starter this time!
Going for EE today as no idea what I'm likely to be eating:
B - bacon sandwich, sauce 1 syn
L - TBC
D - probably scrambled eggs & beans not not sure yet, depends how hungry I am. Will need to have some fruit after if that's what I have as no SFs in there.
Got some good fruit and vegs bargain in my local convenience shop - a big box of Sharon fruit (8) for £1; a box of mushrooms & a whole cucumber for £2.74 in total - would have cost more than that for just the sharon fruit in Mr Ts!

Oh you cruel woman!!
Sorry to hear you're having problems at work tie. You've got enough to cope with without that as well.
I had a 'colleague' like that and I found a lovely porcelain model of a two-faced cow in a shop in Bath and called it after her. I used to take it to staff meetings and it did help raise morale. Didn't stop her but at least we were united in how we felt. Must be hard working alongside her very day though, ours was just a visiting person.
I was quite good yesterday, quite a few syns in a casserole sauce but I always eat (and drink) more high syn at weekends. Today's plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: will be out for a 'nibble' tea so will eat 2 half syn sausages and a banana before I go then take cucumber, tikka pieces and 2 more sausages with me. Will only have any crudities and smoked salmon from buffet table.steak, JP, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions
Syns: squirt of syrup, sausages, wine
I'm thinking how to make my 'pigs in blankets' for Christmas Day. I generally make them up beforehand and put in the freezer. They'd look odd with the big half syn sausages (Sainsbury's) that I normally eat. Are chipolatas high syn? Any ideas?0 -
Maman I've just had a quick look and it seems to range from 0.5 to 3.5 per chipolata - personally ill be having chipolatas and as normal a Xmas lunch as possible? I won't drink and will be good around the holidays and well I need to have a normal lunch to carry on this long term? If I cut out all my fave bits I'd end up hating sw and wouldn't enjoy Xmas

I agree - for one meal at least, just make it easy on yourself! I won't be drinking, but will be subject to my mom's sabotage techniques of SW - so I'm going to let her & enjoy it, lol. If I can keep on plan before & after I'll be announcing it as a success!
Saying that I'm eating everything in sight the last few days - good aswell as a little naughty. Think I'll get myself a large, cold pint of NAS squash & see if that helps!

Maman - I cut the half syn sausages in half to make pigs in blankets, seems to work OK - means I get 2 for half syn but then I used to use the mini sausages before SW anyway as the kids preferred them so I've carried on doing small pigs in blankets.
Lunch turned out to not be too bad - had garlic prawns and swapped the french stick with DH as he had wholemeal bread & butter which he doesn't eat anyway so 5 syns; had a large red wine 8.5.
Will have bubble & squeak with an egg this evening.
