Had a couple of glasses of red last night and ended up with a total of 30 syns yesterday. I always have extra syns over the weekend for a few drinks and then readjust syns from Sunday to Wednesday - looks like I'll have to have a few less a day than usual then!

    Having an EE day today:

    B - bacon, scrambled eggs & mushrooms
    L - ham salad sandwich
    D - Stifado, potatoes, cabbage

HEA - milk in tea as usual
    HEB - bread at lunchtime

    Snacks - fruit, mullerlight

Syns - will try not to have any during the day to leave enough for wine syns this evening!

Arkers- looking at your menu it looks more like a Green day than an EE; you don't have enough SF for an EE day and you don't need to worry about it on a Green day and you get 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs.

If you want to keep it as an EE day then you really need to have some fruit or something with or after your porridge and you need a third of a plate of veg with your Egg and Chips for dinner; perhaps mushrooms, onions, tomatoes etc.

    HTH.

L - Jacket spud with hoops

Rainbowfairydust - you do realise you get 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs on a Green day, don't you? You've only got 1 of each in your mealplan at the moment for today.

I would be very excited if an Aldi opened near me - the nearest at the moment is about 25 miles away so I only go once every couple of months to stock up on stuff - am going this weekend to stock up on Christmas goodies :D

Have a good weekend everyone :)
