Well done on the loss denise.:)

You're so right to keep eating SW though as sometimes 'bad' days take a while too catch up. Fortunately the same is true of 'good' days too.

I made a strange concoction for lunch. Weekly shop tomorrow so it was a case of what I could cobble together.

    Plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms, bacon
    L: pasta, onion, tomato, peas
D: 2 'half syn' sausages and mash with carrots, onions, cauli, broccoli, peas

Syns: definitely squirt of sauce and gravy

I stirred a large dessertspoon of Philly light into the pasta. I'm not too worried about syns but whatever's lowest between high synning my sausages on a Green day and having my cheese as a HEX or doing EE and synning the cheese. I'm no expert on Green but I think Philly is a B rather than an A??? No wonder I generally stick to EE.;)

Has anyone made those cheese scones ?

I made some today and they were awful, unless I made them wrong
They seemed tastless and dry. I won't be making them again in a hurry.

Philly is 2 x 35g tubs for a HEA or 110g of Philly light as HEB on a Green day so you didn't really have enough to have as either A or B. I think you're probably best sticking with it as an EE day.

Hiya :) I've been naughty today- I had a Boots Shapers BBQ chicken wrap (14.5 syns ) as I was so frustrated- Boots scales showed I had STS  I know I'm losing inches- my consultant said to me she had seen my body shape changing with the weeks and today I dropped down another size in my new clothes- I've bought some size 16 bottoms today which are a little big but I'm happy with them. I tried a size 14 t-shirt that was a nice fit but it was a bit more than I wanted to pay so I didn't buy it. I bought a size 16 hoodie, bottoms and gilet- I've bought 2 shirts which are a size 18 but that's my old mentality- size bigger to fit across the chest so I might need to take it back. However I'm more now a 16 all over which is really good because my aim of a 14 all over is getting nearer :D the loose skin is getting me down a bit though :( caught a glimpse of it in the mirror in the changing rooms at New look and it made me feel a bit sick :(
    Today's menu:
    B: HiFi Choc Bliss (HEXB)
L: Shapers BBQ Chicken Wrap (14.5) fish sushi (2.5) Diet Coke
T: Tesco light choices salmon and broccoli pie (2 syns) steamed mixed veg, frozen mixed fruit and cherry Mullerlight, 2 pints of NAS cordial
S: MugShot, 3 Dairylea triangles (HEXA) Apple
    Syns: 19 (ooops :o)

    Hope everyone's ok xxx

  • Hi Everyone!

TGI Friday! (as maman reminded me last week- don't go there the menu is full of syns!) Seriously I am soooo glad it's Friday

Just wanted to say Mrs R - don't get too disheartened about the loose skin, when I first did SW a few years ago I lost 2 and a half stone and went from a 16 to a smallish 12 and at first I had loose skin- especially around my tummy. It took some time but the skin seemed to catch up with my weight loss, I went to the gym but not very much, i just think that when you loose weight quickly this happens sometimes. (Hope this makes sense!)

For Shala's chart I have lost another 1lb!
I am happy with this as had a meal out with hubby and have had quite a bit of choc this week. Hope everyone has a good Friday x
