Finally could I just ask what is a graze box? sounds like a horsey thing, like a nose bag!

That made me laugh! It a box that you have on mail order however many times a week and has little compartments in full of luxury nuts, dried fruit, bombay mix - whatever you choose from a huge list.

WI last night and lost 2lbs !

In total shock as i've had a very up and down week, with one very bad chocolate day but I've been drinking more squash this week and i think that helps.

That soup sounds ...er...potent..... here is a recipe me and my friend made up which is similar and er less potent if it helps anyone.

    3 bean soup

A pack of Tesco 3 bean stew pack (contains 3 beans, onion, carrot, leeks)
    Tin of chopped tomatoes
    Vegetable stock
about 3/4 pint water or to taste
    paprika

chuck it in a pan and simmer for 30 mins. Makes 2-3 portions depending on how big.

If you leave it at that it is delicious and is free.
I have added diced bacon which is still free, and pasta shapes and thats still free.
For 1.5 syns per portion i have used sains mini cooking chorizo (finely slice one sausage, dry fry and chuck into the pot) that was scrummy and well worth the syns.

Is that free on a red Day and a E E Day BUT NOT green if you add the bacon or pasta.
  • I've got a work meal tomorrow I can't get out of :(

    Hi piglet,

Not an easy one as not sure how much oil things are cooked in, but I would have said that either the King Prawns, Seared Tuna or Fritatta would be the best options - if you feel OK about asking (I know some people don't!) then check how they are cooked.

Most of all, have a good time, enjoy your food and get back on the wagon tomorrow ;)
