    Morning All,

So I feel like I'm getting the cold :( Hardly surprising seeing as everyone is dosed.

Made another pot of speed soup last night - hope to goodness it works. Had a sneaky jump on the scales and I was 2 lbs up !! Not good.

Got out again for a walk last night too.

So today for me looks like this

    B: Muller & Kiwis

    L: 2 WW Bread (HE) & Beans

    D: Speed Soup

On a plus I'm in a Size 14 Jumper today for the first time in over 4 years :rotfl:

    Mildredd,

I agree with Maman - look how well you have done so far - I've had gains too and have gotten frustrated but just keep going as I don't want to go back - hugs

Having another EE day today - it seems loads of food though but as it's all SW friendly I'm hoping it'll be OK:

B - Bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms
L - LO beef stew, potatoes (stew is loaded with veg!)
D - HM chicken curry with rice.

HEA - milk in tea thoughout the day
HEB - not decided yet but probably some Ryvita this evening
    Snacks - fruit; Mullerlight yog

Syns - don't know yet but probably a Skinny Cow lolly 5 syns

It's WI tomorrow morning. I've come in under 105 syns this week so hopefully a loss. I need at least 0.5lb to get back into top end of target - I really don't want to have to pay again:sad:

  • Hiya all,

Been reading back through all your posts - Just joined slimming world on Monday, so far so good, well apart from the abysmal amount of syns in one of the graze.com packets....it was 9 syns for black and green raisins with little Belgian chocolate drops - shame I had eaten it before I pointed it, but never mind, all counted in my syns allowance. Will be knocking the graze box on the head now!

I just wanted to know the syn value of a small cookie, the type you get from the bakery in the little tubs from Asda/Tesco etc. Just had one with a brew.

    My meal plan for today:
B - Weetabix (HEXB) and sweetener with HEXA milk
L - Jacket potato and beans with cucumber, muller greek yoghurt (0.5 syns)
D - Beef stew with loads of veg and potatoes that I cooked for 12 hours overnight :)

Syns - just the cookie today and yoghurt

Water - NAS vimto and hot water.

Good luck to all those weighing in today.

My day today is a green Day
I'm having lots of nice things to eat
Like porridge and fruit for my breakfast
At lunch egg and chips for a treat.

My snack is an Alpen bar
    That contains 4.05 Syns
    I've Speed soup for dinner
With a Jacket spud, I'll win

I have used both my A's as Milk
    And only 1 B
I could have another Alpen Bar
    And call that a B

If I do that I've no syns
What on earth can I do?
I will just have some Chocolate
    Between me and YOU !!!!

    Hi flutterby_lil,

I used to have the graze boxes too before I started on SW - they are very nice but the syns are horrendous for a little pot  so I gave them up too.

I can't help with the syn value on the cookie as I don't go to group so don't have access to the website but I am sure someone will be along in a little while to help you out.

Great poem wizkid - enjoy your choccie :T.

Very quiet on here today - I bet you will all turn up this evening for a chat when I am not around ;).

Nice to hear from you frogga :)

    Love the poem wizkid.

Flutterby - Maryland choc chip cookies are 2.5syns each - is that like the one you had?

Just had white toast & real butter :o I needed something to eat but couldn't be asked to cook.
