Mullerlights are £1.94 for pack of 6 in Lidl for anyone who likes them
Wi tomorrow
B; didn't have any - took dd to Dr who says it's not a chest infection but makes me wince when she coughs it's so bad
L; chickpea dahl
D; unplanned as yet as I don't think hubby is going to be in. Something light like soup maybe0 -
I quite agree - nearly all of my syns are used for wine
Me too! And a fair few were consumed this weekend.jprettypicture2 wrote: »well sts so 0 weight lose this week, even thought i stuck to it 100%.
It's often the case that 'good' SW behaviour catches up just as the 'bad' stuff does. Hopefully you'll have a decent loss next week to make up for it. Just don't let it get you down.
I'm having a good day today. It's planned as EE but could easily change to green as minimal meat with stir-fry.
B: baked beans, NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA for milk in teas (unlikely to use all)
L/early supper: chicken stir fry with rice and loads of veg (mange tout, carrot, spring onions, peppers, cauli, broccoli, bean sprouts)
Supper snack: maybe some cheese? couple of cold potatoes to eat up? depends how hungry I feel.
Syns: some honey in stir-fry sauce but that's all!!
rfd, you probably won't feel like cooking much after university. What about baked beans? Although your idea sounds better.
lantanna, your walk sounds like good Body Magic and it's really good to get out in the fresh air.
P.S. I can't get any smilies to work for me at the moment. Any ideas why?0 -
Food was all on plan yesterday but ended up going way over on syns! Will need to cut back to about 10 syns a day to catch up!
Today will be a Green day:
B - Magic porridge with banana -HEB1
L - 2 boiled eggs, WM bread - HEB2
D - Spanish Rice - 35g cooked chicken 3 syns; 12.5g chorizo 2 syns
HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEA2 - a little parmasan cheese on the spanish rice (won't be a full HEA though!)
Snacks - mullerlights; banana; melon; satsuma
Syns - 5 so far; may also have a fruit split later 3 syns
Denise
Changed my lunch from boiled eggs to cheese on toast as only had one egg left until I go shopping tomorrow and one egg is never enough! So no parmasan for me on my dinner but that's not a problem - it'll be just as nice without it.

Menu so far
B: porridge made with water
Milk to be used in tea/coffee; I drink stacks of the stuff, probably 10/12 cups a day.....I know all the caffeine is not good for me, but I figure that it is better than opening a bottle of wine. This is the lesser of two evils approach:)
L: Omelette with large slice of ham
Snacks: banana, sats and melonchicken stir fry
Off to dancercise which I find hysterical, I resemble a baby elephant:rotfl:. Much as I love ellies, I am aiming for a smaller baby.
Keep up the good work x0 -

All good Body Magic arkers.:rotfl:Seriously though, my dancing has definitely improved since losing weight. I'm literally lighter on my feet.
If your stir fry is anything like mine you've probably had enough SFs between that and fruit snacks. I average my SFs across a day rather than per meal. I was wondering the same about your menu piglet, as the veg with your dinner isn't SF. Hopefully enough with lunch and snacks to make a third of day's food.0 -

Thank you Maman, I expect there will be some delightful broccoli chucked on the plate too. I'd rather have it with salad but my Dad keeps complainig it's too cold for it!

Don't jack it in Mildredd - I need you!
Look at how far you've come - over 2 stone in 12 weeks - that's brilliant! I've been doing it since beginning of June & haven't got my 2 stone yet. Don't give up - just remember why you are doing it & you don't want to go back to the weight you were. You're not a failure!! :grouphug:0
