Hi Beanilou; I would agree, but can report I had supper of crispbreads and yog. I also had an alpen light! I have had two meals out this week (both Italian); although I chose healthily you never can tell what exactly is being added!

    Week 4 - sts

    Morning All,

Just getting caught up on the posts here! So another sts for me - getting a bit fed up with them now - but was certain that I was getting a gain (should have had one really) so will take it on the chin.

Wasn't a bad weekend foodwise was out on Saturday and had Fish & Chips - but I always allow myself one off plan meal (keeps me going).

Made up Superspeed soup and had that yesterday and having it today - its actually yum. I added peppers and courgettes to mine as well.

So hopefully will have something off on Thursday. Got out for a big walk yesterday and will do the same tonight!

El Skinto again!!!! until next week but the cupboards and fridge are stocked with enough to keep me going.

    Mrs Ryan - Chin up

Frogga - I can't wait to see what you've lost either!!
  • Morning peoples :D

I would like to report a 1.5lb loss please :T

Well done to all the losers, and some hugs for the sts'ers and gainers :grouphug:

TIE - Pleased your mum is on the mend.:T:beer:

I have avoided the wine this weekend which has done me a world of good by keeping me from guzzling all things naughty :A

    Green for me again

B - magic porridge with apple (heb 1)

L- Simon rimmer bean chilli (free if mini mins is anything to go by :T), and jacket spud (2 for marg). Hex A of cheese -1

D - No idea yet??Could do with some ideas..The only thing i can think of is some sort of fresh vegetable steam bags with hex b tuna? I am at a bit of a loss (at uni this evening )

snacks - a tangerine, hot choc (2), milk (2nd hex a), muller light toffee,

    Rainbowfairydust - well done!

Good for you for having a booze free weekend - if only I had your will power!

My consultant was saying the other day that she didn't drink alcohol but still didn't have enough syns

I think if I didn't drink I'd never use half of my syns !:rotfl:

I quite agree - nearly all of my syns are used for wine

My weigh-in for this week is a STS thanks shala - I am quite surprised it wasn't a gain as it was my birthday on Saturday and we went to Pizza Hut - and I have to admit I had an 11" thin crust Seafood pizza all to myself and a glass of wine ;).

Still, back on the wagon yesterday and I will try to be on plan all week to make up for it :)

Have a great Monday everyone - good luck to all those with WI today and hugs to those that need them.
