  • Well done skint catt!

Mildred chin up, we all have bad weeks :) It took me 9 months to get my 2 stone award so you are doing really well!

I had a dream the other night that I'd lost 5lbs again. Unfortunately that isn't happening this week! I'm not going to weigh in due to work commitments, and I also haven't got back on that wagon yet. Today is the day for getting back on it!

  • Hi all,

Another decent week for me, just 1Lb off of a one stone loss in 5/6 weeks, so I am happily dropping the weight in a nice controlled manner. I have a feeling Christmas might throw a bit of a spanner in the works :o, so I am being good now and saving the naughties for Christmas week!

    Week 4....2 1/2Lbs off please Shala :)

Good luck to everyone still to weigh in, and congrats to all the losers :T

Well done you and to MQ and skint.

You sound philosophical MrsR:T **It happens.

mildredd, do pleeeese try and get back on the wagon. It's really not worth giving up over a small gain. You've got so much success to build on.

I've had a horrendous week, was trying to think through exactly where I've been socialising and trying to forget what I've been eating.:(

I've worked it out that I have one more meal out tomorrow (DD2's birthday) then I have a straight run for a week with just one 'nibble' party on Sunday. It's teatime so no wine syns involved. I'm thinking maybe I can take along a plate of something SW friendly so I can nibble along with others but on the right stuff. Not sure whether I would look odd. I'm thinking about it, planning ahead.
