Frogga - I've put a note on for you so you just have your last weigh in to note down!! good luck xx

TIE - hope you mom's ok xx

Mildredd - we'll hear none of that!! ;) Have the rest of the day off plan then wake up and get back on it. You lost a lot last week when you didn't think you should have, so your body is just catching up with itself. Look at it this way instead, you've lost 3lbs in 2 weeks, that should be celebrated!!!

Well done everyone else, this is the time of year everyone starts to tail off and think "well xmas is coming i'll give up till next year" but we're all still here so give yourselves a pat on the back!

Collectively on the challenge we've lost 5 and a half stone so far!!!

Up earlier than usual this morning so have sorted out my food for today - but won't start eating just yet. It's still far too early for me to eat - I need to be up for a couple of hours before I can manage any food.

So it's going to be an EE day today:

    B - mushroom omlette; banana
L - Stirfried LO chicken & veg with plenty of soy sauce to give it a bit of flavour
D - Beef & veg stew done in the slow cooker. Will serve with some boiled potatoes
    S - 4 Original Ryvita, butter, ham

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - Ryvita
Syns: Sauce flour to thicken stock from SC 1; butter 5.5; fruit split 3 = 9.5

Mildredd - don't jack it all in you've done so well. We all have times when we feel like giving it all up. Draw a line under yesterday and start again today. After all it's only one day out of the week. You are NOT a failure.

    Morning All,

Mildredd hang on in there! I had a really difficult time in between stones 2 & 3 as I seemed to really struggle with it - keep going it will all come good in the end.

In good form today and looking forward to a quiet weekend ahead and putting the Christmas tree up.

I ate loads yesterday:eek: However there must be something about that speed soup as my bladder was fit to burst this morning when I woke up. Kind of reminded me of when I first started this - so hopefully working and I'll have a loss of some sort on thurs.

Went out walking as well last night - so all good.

This is what I ate yest - need to write it down as it feels like I was constantly eating lol:rotfl:

    B: Muller Light & 2 Satsumas

    L: Massive Bowl Speed Soup

    D: 3 Bacon & 2 Fried Eggs with Beans
2 More big bowls speed soup
    1 punnet of Strawberries
Sliced Ham, Pickles & 2 Cheese Slices (HE)

Syns: Curly Wurley & Bag of 5 Syn Crisps

Doesn't look so bad now I've written it down - bit annoying with myself for having the crisps but sure its done now

dont give up mildredd ! I always find this time of year a nightmare because of the long dark nights, the cold and because of xmas looming. Do what you can. Try to limit the damage as much as possible - so if you want Chinese then have it but only have a small portion because then you have satisfied the craving but just eaten a small amount..

There is no point in denying yourself. It makes you feel miserable , and just results in more "binge eating" .

    Repeat after me

I AM NOT A FAILURE.. :grouphug:

    Another green day for me:-

B - magic porridge (hex b) with toffee muller light, and banana
L - Spag hoops, hex a cheese & with new york bagel (11??)
D - Quinoa with quorn chicken lime & chilli fillet. Mushrooms and peas thrown in.

pineapple, hex a milk, alpen light (hex b), options (2)

Would be grateful if someone could confirm the syns for the new york bagel? Its a plain one. I know its going to be high but i really fancy one today.

Don't give up Mildredd - you have done so well so far - you are not a failure. We all have a wobble from time-to-time - it goes with the territory.

Draw one of frogga's famous lines under yesterday and get back on plan - you can do it :T
