  • Fallen off the wagon again... I think I was ok during the day on Friday but then we ordered chinese for tea :( Then yesterday I went off to work, was good at work but then had 2 mugs of mulled cider in town, mini mince pie and a bratwurst with curry sauce followed by prosecco, a baileys in my coffee, a lime carling, a heavily synned dinner at zizzis with half a bottle of red wine. Todays breakfast was chocolate. But I'm going to reign it in again today and get back on that wagon. If I am on-plan until weigh in then hopefully the damage won't be too bad! I did enjoy it though :)

    Morning all
Tough day yesterday - I was pretty unwell yesterday and so I struggled a bit. I was up at Rotherham at the rugby but luckily my lovely best friend was there to look after me which she did bless her. However she also thinks I'm too thin and keeps trying to feed me :D So I was slightly naughty! I was more good than naughty though :D I got soundly told off by both her (because she thinks Im not eating enough) and my player (because he thought I didn't look well enough to be out and should be at home resting bless him) everyone is telling me off at the minute!! :D Trying to take it easy today. I wanted to do some body magic but Im too stiff and in pain today which is a bummer :( I have to go to the post office with some ebay parcels tomorrow though so at least I might get some done before WI :)
    Yesterday's menu:
B: Big bowl of frozen mixed fruit and berries, large Americano coffee with my own skimmed milk (HEXA)
Half time snack - choc bliss HIFi (HEXB) tub of fresh rasps and blackberries, diet Coke
L: Ham salad (no dressing) cherry Mullerlight, water, Diet Coke
T: (This is where I got naughty!) Chili con carne (this was about 30 syns alone - OH made it using chili powder and value mince!) Uncle Ben's express rice (2.5) 2 Jelly Bean cookies (17 syns - oops) wine syns (Just one though ;)) 8 syns
    Total: 58 syns (oooooops) :D

not sure about today's menu yet - we're going to make it up as we go along :D Hope everyone's ok xx

Really happy with that as fully expecting a gain next week as it's quiz n chips next Friday. Will hopefully keep it light til then as made a big batch of carrot & lentil soup which also includes noodles and sweetcorn (mainly carrot though). That will be lunches so just have to watch evening food.
Mum is on the mend, they are hoping she can come home sometime next week all being well. She has a frame but told me yesterday that she took her oxygen off and walked to the bathroom without her frame during the night :T. She is moving so much more freely now. Will have to have oxygen at home though. All looking good now, am so relieved :D.
just heard from Mum, she fell and knocked herself out early this morning. Have spoke to her and sounds awful, now off to see her. Mad that no one notified us grrrr.

    Keep the faith all :A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • Hello everyone, I have just caught up with the thread again and sending out hugs to all those who are struggling at the moment.

I have got totally confused with where my weight loss has got to but went back to SW this week and my loss from last time I officially weighed in was

    -2.5

So if I use this as my weigh in fit this time and then use my SW figures in future hope this is ok.

Have just got back from a spa break with my girlfriends. I had a really lovely time, and treated myself to a massage, a facial and a manicure and pedicure (£65 for the lot - what a bargain) but ate - and drank- loads while I was away so I need to be really focused for the next few days to try and repair the damage.

So far today I have only had a banana, but I think I will go and make myself a sausage sandwich as have some 0.5 s sausages in. I may add in a few mushrooms for the super frees . Then need to sit and plan my meals properly for the rest of the week!

Good afternoon fellow SWs. My weekend so far has been the usual cab service for the kids, not particularly exciting. Am I the only one who has not started their Christmas shopping? I know what the wants are, so just need buy them, and sort out the stockings. I think that this year I have tried not to buy the Yums too early as I know the food devil will be insisting that I try everything. Also if I buy the champagne and Prosecco too early that will also be drunk.

    Menu
B: fruit salad and muller light
    L: mug shot
D: Roast lamb with lots of veg and 1 SW roastie. Will use 2 syns for the gravy as I like lots.

    Keep the faith.....;)

Rice is synned as no fibre in it for a heb. Potato's only count as a heb on red if it's a jacket/kept skins on as thats where the fibre is.

    C xx

Anyone know if ww fruit yoghurts are syn free?

I don't see any HEXs in your menu for today. If you did EE then you needn't limit yourself to just one potato.

I'm back from staying over with a friend. Will be back on plan for this evening's supper and all day tomorrow.

    TIE~Hope your mum is ok.

Arkers~ That does not look like a lot to eat to me.
I think that you need to eat more to be honest.
Eating less will not boost your weight loss in the long term.
