Something for those without the SW blinkers. Perhaps this is how SW rationalises what is a syn and what isnt. (not)

It is so difficult if anything upsets your equilibrium whether that is health, work or family. Or god forbid a mixture of al.l I too have been there in the past and it stinks:mad:. So take heart in all the small things you've achieved.

wizkid -Both Options and Highlights hot chocolate are 2 syns. Did you have butter/spread on your toast and in your sandwich? If so you need to syn it. It's 2 syns for a level teaspoon which is just a scrape!

I thought 1 slice of toast inc spread would be 6 syns or is is 6 just for bread.
    Anyway thanks for correcting me,:D

I think it probably depends on what bread you actually used as on the SW website it only shows syns per 25g - I know a small slice is 30g but not sure about a large slice but thought it was 6 syns, although I may be wrong.
