Change of plan for lunch! Decided it's much too cold for a sandwich so am making a carrot & coriander soup. Will have with 1 slice of bread (0.5 HEB), no butter so will save a couple of syns as well!.
Will have other 0.5 HEB as a Ryvita this evening.

Question - my consultant has never mentioned a flexi day just seen it on minimins so my question is if I were to be having a planned afternoon/ evening child free in town and was thinking about a flexi day and saying ill have 50 syns - enough for a cider and a meal. What do I do the rest of the week for syns? Half syns? So 7.5 a day or is a flexi day all on its own n the rest of the week live as normal?
My menu today
Breakfast - plums, kiwis, an apple
Lunch 2 poached eggs on hexb bread - Tom sauce (1)
Grapes
Dinner - spag Bol (0.5) cheese (1/2 hexa)
Hexa- split half cheese half milk for a coffee later (1)
Hexb - bread
Syns 2.5 so can have some choc later watching imaceleb
Body magic - 3 miles walk
Ran out of nas squash this week so had 2 days of no nas squashthe results where awful seriously couldn't poop n had a headache n had a can't be arsed approach to everything

It's not going Mildredd
Oh & I love morning kisses & cuddles!!
Yes, back to normal syns every other day - its just about staying in control xx0 -
Mildredd - a Flexiday is just that. You choose how many syns for the day, in this case 50 and then just food optimise as usual for the rest of the week. You obviously have to be prepared for a STS or a gain if you do this though so don't want to be doing it too often.
