Morning All!
Finally Friday is here, really didn't want to get out of bed this morning!
Weighed in lost night and lost 1.5lbs, would have liked more but I know I didn't deserve to!
The last few evenings I've been really good and used the free step programme on the wii whilst watching telly. Did 50 mins Thurs night and 30 mins last night! You don't feel like you are over exerting yourself but definitely lost some calories! Give it a try...
Have a good weekend all, but don't let it sabotage you! xx0 -
