Cheese & Wine is my vice over Christmas break - though I will enjoy myself one night of it - as its Christmas after all !:rotfl: Humous as well in fact!

Making your own just doesn't compare!

So went shopping last night - so hopefully back on track. Expecting a 2 /3 lb gain tonight - but sure I'm playing the long game:rotfl:

Did you all know that an Avocado is 14 syns??? I didn't and was shocked to find this out! (after I had made my lunch for today)!! So that's my syns for today lol

Someone had posted on FB last night a lovely looking Bacon & Butternut Squash Risotto last night - so I'm going to get the recipe for that as it looks amaze and try over the weekend.

Good luck to all today ! I'll be back to report on my gain later :rotfl:

You can call target & see how it goes.
Then your consultant can help you to fine tune it if need be.
