Good morning all - Skint Catt, I love the idea of a stash of pringles being put in the loft; is it an effort to retrieve them ie do you have to get out a ladder and climb up there with all those spiders and the like. Great avoidance technique. It's true what they say, once you pop....;).

    Menu

    B: Shreddies (skim mlk) HEA + B
    Snack: banana
    L: omelette and ff yog
D: salmon, salad and jack pot.

large fruit salad and ff yog. Will sin the yog.

Good advice re troll, whoever knew that a chinese takeaway was soooo controversial. What would happen if it was an XL stuffed crust pizza:p.

    ooooh stuffed crust!!

    It's not as much of a hassle as it was in other houses - all I have to do is open the hatch, pull the built in ladder down & climb up but;
    a) I can't be bothered most of the time ;)
    b) My daughter hates the loft hatch open & will scream if I disappear into the black hole
    c) I can't even go up when she's asleep as it's right outside her bedroom door & makes too much noise
    d) out of sight, out of mind ;)

I also have 6 chocolate oranges, 2 boxes of After Eights, a tin of roses, several bottles of wine & soft drinks (plus other things I've forgotten, I'm sure!) up there which I've been buying gradually over the last month or so :D
  • I've just weighed in as my friend was here so I've lost 1.5lb this week Shala :)

Probably silly question but I've just had a pasta n sauce for my lunch... does the milk in this count towards my HEA?

ETA: I was going to treat us to a pizza tonight but going to be good and save myself for saturday night as we are going to zizzis for a birthday meal and it's hard to be reasonably good in there now they have changed the menu!

Awful headache today and stuck in work till tomorrow lunch :(

Determined to stay on track today as hoping that potential gain doesn't appear at WI tomorrow!

B: oat so simple (A) + banana (still have a stash of them to use!)
L: ham, mushroom, onion, tomato omelette, 2 bread (B)
T: fish, root veg mash + broccoli. Dessert: muller light, strawbs

    Syns: 5 for oats
  • Hi everyone :T

Feeling a bit rubbish today , have another cold coming on. Cant say i am surprised really. Maybe i will be better after some sleep...

I think i maybe the only person to hate pringles:o:eek:. Used to love them but prefer a proper crisp now :o. I like yorkshire crisps the best. They are lovely & crunchy.

skint_catt- I would not manage with all those goodies in the house. They would be speaking to me morning, noon and night..:rotfl:

    Morning All,

I'm still alive and hopping (just!) :D Just skim read, hope you are all ok xxxxxxxx

Everything is manic. Mr Frog is very unwell again, busy with last minute jobs for the christmas fayre in the village, and work is horrible.

Really really fed up at work and it brings my whole mood down. I've just written what happened then deleted it as it's not something I should go into on here. But just to say the behaviour at the moment is dreadful. It's like a zoo. 4 people have gone off long term sick with stress. I want to leave, but I can't find anything else.

But I'm eating ok, can't weigh after the tadpoles broke the scales. Probably for the best. I'll go into boots on the last day of the challenge to see how I did. Don't want you all to think I'm not trying, cos I am :D

    Love you all

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time at work..there is nothing worse than the feeling of dread when its time to go to work.
