Good Morning everyone today I FEEL BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL I have done it at last it's moving 2 lb off Whoopie do I never thought it would shift and I upset the apple cart by havin two pieces of jam and cream Victoria sponge cake I never eat stuff like that, it looked so good one slice was just not enough. Anyway it satisfied me and I have been on the striaght and narrow ever since That little slip up made me feel better.
    So today is GREEN AGAIN

B porridge B and milk clementine

L soup (onion carrot, celery mushrooms lentils Stock cube )
    spag hoops on toast

D Soup and a jacket with cheese A fruit of a kind

    A milk B Porridge
    A cheese B Bread
    6 water
no syns at the moment maybe 5
    Whoopie do !!

Well done wiz, that looks like a good Green menu. BUT (always a but with me:o) do get plenty of variety into what you eat, so as a general point having soup for both meals could get boring and make you attack the jam & cream sponge!:rotfl:

Don't worry beanie, we all go up and down. You just need to try and find the motivation to be 100% for a few weeks to get back into the range. We're only talking about a few pounds. Easier said than done but like you keep telling us....keep plodding on!:)

    Well done to the losers!

I've been a bit bold today - was totally freezing and had been out tramping around a factory for work all morning - hadn't had any time for any food so stopped off at a garage on the way back and had two fried sausages and a bit of Potato Bread!

    It was delicious though :rotfl:

You may not think this sounds too bad really in the grand scale of things but this is after a Chinese on Sunday night, a Rustlers Burger on Saturday and copious amount of alcohol all weekend - oh and there was party food as well.

Headed for a disaster this week without doubt - but sure onwards and upwards - will keep going :)

    Totally stupid argument.

Real Chinese food is not the same as the stuff you get from Chinese takeaways here is it?
Are you saying the chinese dont eat anoy of those foods piglet ate at the takeaway?
You dont see many fat chinese takeaway chefs either and I guess they live off what they cook here.Unless you know different of course.

Blimey the trolls have invaded

Busy day today. I was waiting for an email to go and pick up a shirt in Nottingham and it came at 1159.. I was showered, dressed and out the door in 17 minutes and I almost ran across Leicester City centre! I got my shirt though and then went and did a bit of shopping. I had to buy some new jeans- my size 18 jeggings had to be held up day which I was quite chuffed about! I've been out all day so today's menu is a bit disjointed but nothing really unhealthy- I'm determined to shift this 4lb!!
    B: didn't have time!
L: Boots Shapers Japanese fish sushi (2.5 syns) small pot melon and kiwi,23g bag of Metcalfes Skinny Topcorn Sea Salt flavour (5.5 syns) bottle of Diet Coke
Snack: Apple, 2 pears, bottle of water
T: Sainsburys Be Good to Yourself Mediterranean Vegetable Bake (2 syns) jacket potato, steamed mixed veg, a little light spread in potato (1.5 syns) big bowl of raspberries and vanilla Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial
Supper: 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli with 3 Dairylea triangles (HEXB and A)

    Body magic: 3.7 mile walk
    Hope everyone's ok x

    Super loss MQ:T

I made wise food choices at the pub: steak, JP, salad. I promised myself a pat of butter with the JP but they'd run out!!! So had a small amount of mayo. Dressing on salad but didn't seem too oily (they called it 'citrus'). But I have had wine syns. I think I should gain my desired half pound this week (and then some).
  • Looking forward to weighing in... really hoping for another loss. Am craving chocolate right now so off to bed to avoid it!!!

    Morning All,

I'm still alive and hopping (just!) :D Just skim read, hope you are all ok xxxxxxxx

Everything is manic. Mr Frog is very unwell again, busy with last minute jobs for the christmas fayre in the village, and work is horrible.

Really really fed up at work and it brings my whole mood down. I've just written what happened then deleted it as it's not something I should go into on here. But just to say the behaviour at the moment is dreadful. It's like a zoo. 4 people have gone off long term sick with stress. I want to leave, but I can't find anything else.

But I'm eating ok, can't weigh after the tadpoles broke the scales. Probably for the best. I'll go into boots on the last day of the challenge to see how I did. Don't want you all to think I'm not trying, cos I am :D

    Love you all

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
