Wanted to have a Green day today as find I seem to lose better when I do a mix of Green & EE (with the odd Red day very occasionally). Have done EE over the weekend so Green today:

B - banana; melon pieces Mullerlight vanilla
    L - Jacket potato; beans;cheese (HEA1)
    D - Pork (2 x HEB) & ginger stirfry; noodles

HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day
Syns: honey in marinade for pork 2.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 5.5

    Hi everyone,

What a busy weekend it has been on here.

Just catching up with all your posts - some great losses :T.

My WI today and I gained 1lb - I am surprised it wasn't more actually as I had a dreadful weekend food & drink-wise :o

Thanks to Shala for keeping the records - you are doing a great job :D.

Mildredd - as I didn't go to group I just decided on a weight I thought I would be happy with and where I would be a size 10. I have since dropped to a size 8 as, like TIE said, the SW way of eating becomes so ingrained it is difficult to stop losing once you have reached target ;)

I'm thinking of a Green day today too, mainly because I'm uncertain on SF front. Plus we're having our main meal at lunchtime due to various commitments later. I've made a pot of 'cawl' type stew and although it's got onions and carrots there's probably more parsnip and potatoes. There is meat but very little so that can be a B choice.

    Vague Green plan:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast HEA milk
L: stew with HEB beef and veg
D: fry up some veg if hungry or snack on some cheese (HEA) if not
Syns: don't intend to have any today as plenty used at weekend and rest of week!:rotfl:
  • Hi all

Hope everyone is ok.I am sleepy today. Another green day for me today.

    B - Heb toast x 2 with marmite
L - Pasta in passata with veggies & hex a cheese
D - Oats so simple porridge pot (5)with banana, and berries in.

Hope this keeps me going as i am in uni this evening..

    have a nice monday all
