Saving syns for tomorrow as we're going to the Frankfurt German Market in Birmingham, so lots of walking around all the shops & Bullring, then a hot chocolate with Amaretto & some food - not sure I'll go for my usual Brockwurst as I'm trying to avoid bread, so maybe the fried mushrooms & potato's or whatever else is available! It's a magical experience & always gets us in the Christmas mood though I doubt I'll be able to drag DH onto the temporary ice-rink :(

    C xx

I daren't go there this year.. I looooveee those big chocolate marshmallow wafer things :drool: I dread to think how many syns they are :rotfl:

Oh, I hadn't discovered those! I also love the After Eight donuts, but if I buy a couple tomorrow I'll have to wait until after WI on Tuesday to eat mine! :rotfl:

    Evening all :)
I've just successfully made the SW carbonara for OH and it went down a treat! Getting more confident in my cooking now. Obviously I'm limited to what I can do in a microwave but it's surprising what you can do :)
Busy day today. We got a good bargain on our fire then went to the Sainsburys beside the fire shop to do our weekly shop. Good amount of body magic pushing a well laden trolley and dashing round as parking was only 90 mins  I think I'm getting a cold though which isn't ideal :(
    Today's menu:
B: Bacon butty- bacon minus the fat, HEXB x 1 bread, 1xslice 4 syns, scraping of spread 2 syns, tea with splash of milk 1/2 syn, banana.
    No lunch as late breakfast
T: SW pasta carbonara- fusilli pasta, 5 Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles (HEXA) cooked ham, Bernard Matthews tikka chunks, 2 frozen corn on the cobs. Apple, cherry Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial with mineral water.
Snack: couple of Diet Cokes in the pub
Supper will be a pink n white and a white options when I come in
    Syns: 11
    Hope everyone's ok x

D roast chicken breast with skin on, used my syns! 2 small yorkshire puds loads of carrots sprouts and 6 small new pots and gravy
used my syns for the puds , gravy and chicken skin!
yes I know about the skin but this is for ever and I need to be able to live normally for me to be able to stick with this. I have never ever been like this before I am so looking forward to my meals and making sure I eat them too. It is no good starving myself that way lies disaster. Thank you all for being so supportive and let's hope it stays in my damn brainbox!
