SukySue - don't worry too much it's only 3 syns over. You can easily pull that back over the next day or two. You could just have 12 syns tomorrow for example or 14 syns each day for the next 3 days.

Oh Thanks Denise you make it sound alright and it is really I suppose isn't it? Do you know the fact I had gone over my syns immediately made me think oh what the hell I am going to cheat what have I got here to eat, I must be very silly or just a defeatist.Or just the slightest thing can set us off, something as small as this and I was ready to ruin a good week. Why fgs!I have got to get a grip.

  • OH has been back since lunchtime and already I've fallen off the wagon. I can't confess on my fb sw group so I'm confessing here....

Fishy Friday at the pub so I had fish and chips and tartare sauce. The plan of chicken potatoes and veg went right out the window! Followed by one of those pesky cupcakes I didn't take to work this morning. I did only have diet Pepsi instead of wine though :-/

Here is my third week weigh in for the Christmas cracker challenge. I lost 1.5lb :)

    Tracey

Well done Tracey, that's a good loss.

Catt I understand lots of water is helpful, I find it quite hard but I know some people who've had a lot of success by doing it, just having a glass at their side all day. Good Luck!
  • Question for target members?
How did you set your target? When did you set your target?
I have set a target on sw website but its not based on anything? I don't know what weight will look right on me? I basically just went 6 stone off that's a weight that's nice and even and it puts me in a healthy bmi range?

Sorry I've never been anything other than overweight/ obese since I was 16 and back then I didn't care what I weighed or looked like particularly I was just happy :s
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

    Evening all :)
Well I had some very exciting news today- my player is starting on Sunday! However it's also making me nervous so I may need a drink- watching him always makes me so nervous! He's 5'8 and 12 stone against some of these nasty hulking forwards who always seem to try and pick on him because he's so little and skinny! However I think I'm going to go for vodka and Diet Coke to try and avoid wine syns! Had a decent walk today- 2.5 miles but I've gone slightly over syns today :o still at least it wasn't 37 syns over like it was last Friday :D
B: One very big apple, tub of mixed fruit, some ham and half a bottle of mineral water
L: Tuna salad with fat free vinegarette, Uncle Ben's microwave savoury chicken rice (3 syns) pint of mineral water
T: Tesco Light Choices Chicken and Broccoli pie (9 syns  OH picked up the wrong one!) steamed mixed veg. Banana, vanilla Mullerlight, small bar of kinder chocolate (3.5 syns) small can of Diet Pepsi
S: 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (HEXB) with 3 Dairylea triangles (HEXA) pint of NAS cordial with mineral water
    Syns: 15.5
    Body Magic: 2.5 mile walk
    Night all xx

Haven't posted for a few days and it hasn't been good on the SW front - two nights out with wine and nibbles. I was a guest so at least they didn't cost money but I've paid the price!

2lbs on for week 3 of the challenge please shala-moo.

Just had delicious porridge for breakfast.
Going to try for EE today and get my super frees up.

Off to catch up on the thread
    Trying to keep in budget.

Good morning, survived Fri night tried not to pinch midget gems and popcorn from kids.

B: Flat mushrooms, poached eggs and beans
    l: leak +pot soup
    D TBA
also include fruit, HEa :sk milk
crispbreads with dairy triangle x 2

Does anyone else find it difficult catering for a family as well as trying to follow SW. I don't think I can stop cooking the meals they are used to because of moi. I know I should, but there we go I'll just have to deal with it!
