Wizkid - hp sauce is 1 syn per tablespoon? I just checked as I thought your teaspoon was really high in syns
Joedenise- your posts always inspire me but I hardly ever comment on them so thanks
Catt - ive just spent the day mapping out two walks with my phone - ones a 2.5 mile loop and the others 1.5 miles there and 1.5 miles backtbh the days I do bm I erm poop a lot more always have when I do exercise used to go the gym work out eat the calories I'd burnt on the way home and then poop
I think super speeds are meant to be good with the weight loss like pineapple is easy to scoff
The swapping diet coke for nas squash I've stumbled this week on / need to get back on it tomorrow or next week
I predict this week will be a gain truthfullyStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb
New Year New You Challenge - /6lb0 -
I checked in my Sainsbury's this morning and they've still got the half syn sausages on display and still at 2 for £3.50.
Maybe it depends on the size of the branch whether they're stocked over Christmas?
don't eat many sausages but do like the Tesco Cumberland ones, still worth the 1 syn I think.. Sainsbury's a bit far for me to go on a regular basis but will try theirs next time i'm there.0 -
Tesco Light Choices Cumberland syn value has changed.. now 1 syn EE + red and 4 on green days.. not a massive change but worth knowing of course

Hi Catt, thanks for asking. I could probably do with losing 4 stone to get to the range I should be in for health reasons but i'd be happy with 3 in total, it would bring me to 11 and a half stone..
It'll take me a long time to do it I imagine, that's if I can do it at alllike a lot of us I've tried and failed countless times even whilst actually attended class!
I think 1lb a week is reasonable to ask of myself, so I don't expect to reach target until way into next year!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Hi all,
So I am still being good, in fact i'm probably not eating enough. I go through phases sometimes where I don't eat lunch ( I don't eat breakfast anyway). I'm shopping tonight and I am going to get stuff I can just grab from the fridge for lunch times.
I tend not to use any/very few syns in my actual meals, leaving them for snacking in the evening, which is my "danger" time. I guess I'm pretty fortunate as I don't really drink alcohol, I'm not tea total I just don't like it that much, although I occasionally have a glass of wine or a vodka coke.
I am much happier doing red days, I love the extra A's and B's for cheese on toast, or crackers.
It's great all the support that everyone gives each other on this thread, it is fab when we lose, but its not the end of the world if we don't, WE WILL GET THERE0 -

I'm sorry but I don't know a great deal about fajitas.:o but I'm not aware of any tortillas that can be used as a HEB. The syns very depending on size and brand. Is your filling home-made so just chicken, veg and spices? If so, you can eat as much as you like of that. Maybe a fajita eater will be along soon?;)0 -
SukySue: Sorry but BFoods Multigrain wraps are the only ones which are HEB. I think they're available in Asda.
The average syns for a tortilla is 9:eek:. If you've got the syns available I think I'd stick to just one tortilla and eat loads of chicken & veg.
