Not posted for ages, week 1 christmas challenge +5lb, week 2 -5lb, so back where I started!! Had a really good week, 3 litres of water a day lots of homemade soup and scan brans! Also stewed apple with mincemeat, like a mince pie, HEB or 6syns. Got to follow the same sort of plan this week to make some headway on the challenge!
Well done to all the losers!

    Evening everyone :)

Good news this morning- OH's work have finally paid him the money they owed him so he sent me into town today to buy his family's Xmas presents and we're also finally getting the electric fire we've been so desperate for which is good. I've really tried hard this week as I say to look my best in my new outfit and it's paid off- weighed myself on Boots scales and I've lost 3lbs :j hopefully I can be good on Sunday and maintain that loss till Monday :j
I've been Ebaying again- this time selling my size 20's :) I wore my size 16 Lipsy bottoms today and they're flapping ominously round my legs :( however at £35 a pop I'm clinging on to them as long as I can so I can save up for some more :D
    Today's menu:
B: Frozen mixed fruit (Apple, grape, melon, pineapple, mandarin) Vanilla Mullerlight
L: Kippers, Uncle Ben's Savoury Chicken Rice (3 syns)mixed salad with fat free vinegarette. Mixed strawberries, blueberries, grapes and blackberries. NAS cordial with mineral water.
T: Tesco light choices mushroom stroganoff (5 syns) steamed mixed veg. Banana, pink and white (2.5 syns) NAS cordial and mineral water.
S: 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (HEXB) with 3 Dairylea Triangles (HEXA)
    Syns: 10.5
    Body Magic: 2.8 mile walk

Hope everyone's well, night all x

a maintain for me this week, was feeling a small loss perhaps but never mind, it wasn't a gain!

I was voted miss slinky too! :D

    :T:Tto the Misses Slinky!!:D

    I [STRIKE]made[/STRIKE] adapted this tonight:

    http://theenglishkitchen.blogspot.co.uk/2010/09/baked-corned-beef-hash.html

I wanted a storecupboard/freezer meal as I'm trying to economise/use up stuff as we're out so much next week. I don't think I've had corned beef since starting SW as I though it would be horrendous in syns.

This was yummy. I used a small tin of corned beef (200g so 6 syns) but all the veg advised for 4 and added sliced mushrooms as well. I finished off a jar of horseradish (about 2 desertspoons thinned with a little milk). I'm sure it would be just as tasty with a bit of stock/Worcestershire sauce. I did sprinkle a bit of cheese on top but as I've been out all day and not had much tea I reckoned I could have it as part of HEA.

DH and I had two piggy portions with green beans and there's some left for my lunch. With more veg it would have fed 4 normal people.:o

Get you selling off size 20s MrsR. Good news about the little windfall.:)

    'night all.

Good morning -went for an intro and WI. There was a guy who was the leader and he had lost 10 stone, how amazing is this. Well I officially weighed on on Thurs at 14st 5lb, which is 1.5lbs on my weigh in so I will stick with my start weight until next week.

    Grub:
    B - porrige with water
L - HM leak and potato soup
D - quorn sausage tomato pasta + mushrooms and veg medley.

snacks: banans, pineapple, ff yog (syns 0.5) apple etc you get the idea. Will also chuck in crispbread with cottage cheese somewhere.

Mantra: No wine, no weight
