    Thanks everyone

I think I'm feeling under pressure from sw - the woman who u pay and the woman who weighs us have both made comments about how I've lost every week and not gained or sts. So think I'm having a wobble over the pressure I'm putting on myself.

My binges have been out the house binges - in the house I seem to resist and find something else to do instead of eating. If I call a couple if days flexi and cut back on syns this week til Monday and eat more super free I may be okay

My friend commented on how I waste food with my dd I tend to let her eat til she says she's full she generally leaves a little bit and I used to eat it, now I don't and she commented this week on me wasting food

Staying in today have cleaned downstairs and I had sorted toy boxes

    Today's food
    Breakfast - apple nas vimto
Lunch - 1/2 savoury rice, leftover mushy pea curry sauce, pear kiwi strawberries and grapes
Dinner - chicken casserole (2.5 syns) carrots sprouts and sw roasties (carrot n onion in casserole) probably more grapes

    Have my hexs left
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb

In which case we waste a shed load as my DD is a right PITA when it comes to eating, but I refuse to let it sabotage my weight loss - after all I'm doing it for DD aswell as myself!

Our class Miss SLinky has not gained or sts the whole time she's done it either (which I think is a few years!), but if it's putting pressure on you then that's not good. It just means you've got the hang of this healthy eating for life lark ;)

    Big hugs xx

I guess your right Catt x its because she's a size 10 who finishes her ds's meals off and doesn't gain an ounce :(

I refused to take part in miss slinky :s I don't feel slinky so why would I compete :s

Catt I think I'm winging it tbh not sure I've got the hang of it more I've been lucky :s

Home alone on sat night 1st time since starting sw :s think ill have to be creative with my tea coz I'd normally order in :/

I'm still holding the toads hand but I'm fighting back for now anyway :s

    Hello everyone

Feeling hormonal today. Got tummy ache, back ache, boob ache. Also ranting & raving at all & sundry. Had a go at a chuggar for harassing me for money i dont have, then a nitwit on the phone that made my blood boil, and ended up slamming the phone down but missed first time so i had a few semi "slams" before it went back on the hook.

Mood wise i am ranging between some serious rage, and then bouts of wanting to cry..Its too much to cope with at work. I also have uni this evening, and have to do a presentation. Not looking forward to this. Need to write a personal statement for UCAS (which should have been handed in today), and start 2 essays..then i have the 1001 work tasks that need starting.

    Green -

Breakfast - The magic porridge (hex b) stuff with pineapple
Lunch - Wild mushroom bulgar wheat - 3 (1/2 pack) with mushrooms, quorn chicken & veg
Dinner - Rice with tuna (hex b) & veg

Hex a - Milk for coffee, fat free flump (0.5) & small kitkat 2 fingers (6 syns???) - can someone check that for me please?

Hi all, back from WI and have STS. I'm reasonably happy with that as have guessed at the amount of syns a few times this week and possibly had more than I thought, particularly the wine when I was out last weekend! Haven't got any plans for going out this week which I find makes things much easier.

I'm going to have more Red and Green days this week in the hope on losing a bit this week as I've now had STS for 3 weeks running.

    Green today:

B - 2 cups of tea; banana after WI
    L - Jacket potato, beans & cheese (HEA1)
    D - Bacon (HEB1), egg, beans, mushrooms, 2 bread (HEB + 3.5 butter)

HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day
    Syns: butter 3.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 6.5

It's 5.5 :) I had some in the cupboard last week so didn't even need to check!

I'm being rubbish today, am on earlies which always kill me and make me lazy (especially when OH is away) but luckily I anticipated this and took salmon out if freezer yesterday so salmon boiled potatoes and frozen veg for my dinner.

I was thinking about making an omelette to take to work and reheat in a oven. Has anyone tried this? Not sure reheated omelette would be very nice?
