denise, do you take the sandwich with you or buy it out? I'm asking because I never seem to find wholemeal bread anywhere in cafes/shops etc.
I buy it out - there's a shop nearby where they do wholemeal bread and light mayo:T. Only problem is it's large slices hence the HEB + 2!

Mildredd CALM DOWN DEAR :kisses3:Take a deep breath and get a grip. So you've been a bit of a greedy piggy? So what, so have we all that's why we all met on hereLike Catt and Beanie, my weight goes up and down like a W hore's Drawers. But I'm still a nice Frog, and I'm sure you're a nice person (a frog can tell these things;)).
I've not been posting as I'm SO FLIPPING BUSY at school and just too pooped to post in the evening, plus still planning the village fayre. But it's all good as we know the old saying 'the devil will find work for idle Frog's to do...' so at least it keeps my fat face out of the food cupboard.
Oh btw Maman you're right, as I never liked the scales anyway I shall not be replaceing them. I feel quite liberated knowing I won't bump into them in the bathroom every morning and have to put up with them being rude and telling me things I don't want to hear.
Hope you're all being goodxxx

Hi Frogga, Beanie, everyone else and all the newbies I've not had chance to chat to yet!
HELP!! We're doing childen in need stuff this week at work, which mostly involves putting money in a tub then eating a shed load of chocolate and cakes! I know I should say no but I have very little will power at the mo, have got through a bag of home-made refridgerator cake with brandy (best thing I have ever put in my mouth!), 2 rice crispy cakes and 2 slices of victoria sponge with jam and buttercream. This is over two days so am going to try and stop now before I put the stone I have lost in 10 weeks back on again!!
This will be me from tomorrow onwards :A
Hope you are all OK x0 -
I must admit my willpower is on holiday at the moment.

I am thinking of running a Slimming World group.
Can anyone who has taken on a similar role provide any information of the pros and cons associated with running a group. Is there money to be made and how many people do you need enrolled to break even? Are the targets realistic or are the arrangements heavily weighted in Slimmings Worlds favour? What are the pitfalls?
Would anyone recommend running my own group or should I avoid it like the plague.Val0 -
Mildredd... I've just come out the other side of feeling like that. I've been like that since my boyfriends 30th which was in JUNE! The trouble is it's tough to do if your head isn't in the right place.
So give yourself a break, stick to it when you can but don't be hard on yourself. Being hard on yourself will only make you more miserable and even less inclined to stick to plan.
I had a shock with my gain last week and it's spurred me on to action. I've worked too hard this year to end it at the same weight I started it! I wasn't far off it which meant my hard work would have been a waste of time!
My point is... You will get back in the right frame of mind soon, don't stress about it, give yourself what you need for a few days and then think about getting back on it.
I'm so pleased with this weeks weightless, it just goes to show how much alcohol really does pile the weight on! I've got cake decorating tomorrow night (might eat one then take the rest to work!) and dinner at a ball on Saturday but I might drive to (a) save money and (b) save calories with dinner. Apart from that I can't think of any reason to veer off plan... Oh I do have a baby shower on Sunday but I can have lunch at home and fill myself up Beforehand! I want slimmer of the week next week! I've never got it before so I'm determined
Thrifty - I find if I say no to start with then I can keep ignoring it. It's when I think I can have 1 or 2 and thn I can't stop!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
