Well done to all the losers so far this week
The toad had me ysterday but i think i got rid of him today. I had a handful of M&Ms,french fries crisps, a drifter and a curlywurly yesterday:o
WI tonight and according to my scales its a 1.5lb loss so we'll see what happens on their scales. You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
I'm out all day today so going for another EE day:
B - FF natural yoghurt, banana
L - Egg & cress sandwich probably (HEB + 2 for bread; 2 for mayo
D - Coq au vin, mashed potatoes, green veg (2 syns)
S - satsuma; melon
Syns: 6 so far; may have a pinkNwhite this evening 2.5
Denise
denise, do you take the sandwich with you or buy it out? I'm asking because I never seem to find wholemeal bread anywhere in cafes/shops etc.Shame as I quite enjoyed it.
Menu:
B: porridge (with water) I drink so much tea I need my milk for this.
Snack: banana
L: Soup again; really enjoyed so no hardship. With additional something probably crispbread relatedSalmon with roasted veg and jac pot
Snack: pineapple, apple, kiwi, satsumas and ff yog.
bye for now x
Shame about the class Arkers. but all Body Magic helps.:) Your menu today looks far more SF friendly but I'm still confused which plan you're aiming for. It looks like Green so that you can have 2 HEAs and 2HEBs. So today you've potentially got 3 x HEB (porage and crispbread and salmon) and 1 HEA (milk). I think I'd have the salmon and syn the crispbreads (1/1.5 per biscuit). You have a HEA left, so perhaps some cheese?
Am I right that you want to do Green?
I've just looked at my diary for next week and it's manic with at least 4 suppers not in my control. All the more reason to try to be angelic up to then.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: LO veg fried upsausage, mash, onions, cauli, broccoli, peas, carrots
Syns: gravy
I'll have dinner when I get back from WI.;)0 -

I dont know what to suggest dearest Mildredd - I know that not a lot helps me when I've fallen off the waggon, except to accept it, maybe enjoy it & know that when I'm ready I'll get back on it. What's spurring me on at the moment is Christmas & the thought of how much I'll enjoy all my fave chocs then (if I have them now I can't have them then!) & the fact that my winter coats won't do up around me - and I WILL NOT buy any more clothes!!
Hope you enjoy your film - put one on that'll want you to kick that toadMaybe Flushed Away or similar, lol.
I've got a few hours without my DD, so have had a shower, washed my hair, painted my nails, now watching tv in bed with my lappy. Very indulgent for 2.45pm!lol

When you go to the class with your voucher (;)) they'll explain Extra Easy to you too and there's still Red and Green if you prefer. The main difference is in how many HEXs you can have on each plan. Put briefly, EE is 1 of each HEXs, one third of your food as superfrees and then two thirds of everything else. For today's menu, if you syn the crackers (and don't have anything synful with them) then you needn't measure your piece of salmon. You'll soon get the hang of it.:)Skint_Catt wrote: »....now watching tv in bed with my lappy. Very indulgent for 2.45pm!lol
How decadent is that!! Sounds fantastic.:D
Mildredd, all I can suggest is you try to keep synful stuff out of the house and have a meal plan full of yummy meals that fill you up so you don't feel hungry. Then maybe buy syns either when out of the house (like meals out or in a coffee shop) or totally measurable like single bars of chocolate (or in my case bottles of wine:rotfl:). Hop the gloom passes soon.:)0 -

Ah Mildredd, I have been in that dreaded black toad-hole myself for weeks now and just can NOT shake it off. Synful foods leaping out of the fridge and straight down my throat. Every night I would go to bed feeling manky with myself and swearing that tomorrow is another day and then - same old stuff.
Suggestions now that I am seeing a little light? Go back to basics, plan meals. Try something you don't usually have (this doesn't mean a bar of Galaxy instead of Cadbury's!). Treat yourself to a manicure or something, just be kind and nurture yourself for a bit, don't be so hard. How would you treat a friend in this situation? With TLC - so that's what you need to do for yourself. Find a marker as a way to start again, I usually buy a notebook to write my SW stuff in then make some plans for menus and also for looking after yourself, like having exercise or putting a colour in your hair.
Take care Mildredd, you'll get through it. Enjoy weepy film.
